Lakeside views, overgrown narrow access

We spent a quiet night here on the way back from Pyhäniemi to Helsinki and slept well. Unfortunately, we could not use the fire pit because of the weather, but it is clearly well used otherwise. There was even some wood nearby. You can hear the road, but it did not bother us at all. The lack of garbage bins and other amenities is completely fine for us.✦Translating

Absolutely beatiful place very close to water. Fireplace made of stones, bring your own wood. Room 3 vans/motor homes, maybe 4 if parkes closely. No mosquitos/flys (mid July). Possibility to swim in the lake.Sunny, but also parking in shade possible.

Beautiful place. We were here with three other vehicles. Campfire area and a small beach for entering the water. You can hear the road a little, but it gets quieter throughout the evening.✦Translating

We stayed here for one night with an approximately 8 m motorhome. There was enough space, but the access road is very narrow. We were completely alone in nature, with a great view of the water. One star deducted because part of the parking area toward the water has collapsed. We also found a small hole in the parking area with no visible bottom, so we parked on the forest side.✦Translating

A gem of a place. We stayed with one van and one 4x4 car and fit without any problem. Clean lake, a campfire area, and no wind in April. No amenities.✦Translating

This place is gold! You can sleep right next to the lake, peacefully, with nobody around and no wind.✦Translating

A wonderful place – quiet, with a beautiful sunset and warm lake water. The road to the spot is a bit narrow, but accessible with a motorhome. There is enough space at the bottom to turn the vehicle around if the spot is already taken.

Fantastic place by the water. Great for swimming, although there are stones on the bottom. There was a strong wind, so there were no mosquitoes. We enjoyed the view.✦Translating

So beautiful spot with possibility to go swim! Good spot for cat to prowl for fish. The road is getting harder to get through, it’s pretty overgrown and will hit the roof and sides of pretty much any car

Very quiet place (you only hear the street a bit, especially during night extra peaceful). Easy way to get into the fresh water. You can also manouvre your vehicle so it stands even. Wouldn‘t go with a huge motorhome because of the trees on the narrow street (we drive a VW T3). Make sure you got mosquito repellent/nets.
