Camping du Lac de Joux

Very quiet place, 30 meters from the lake, hot showers, very clean, recommended.

Being close to the lake is nice. Unfortunately, we were parked directly on a small plot next to a road. The sanitary facilities are new, but the showers are cold. We would not stay here again.

We spent one night here during the foot race around Lake Joux. Great atmosphere at the restaurant on Saturday evening, while respecting the other campers. We had a quiet night and enjoyed breakfast at the campsite restaurant the next morning. Clean and practical sanitary facilities. Close to the lake.

Very quiet campsite, close to the lake. Excellent welcome. In the new section, large pitches with sanitary facilities nearby. A beautiful region to discover by bicycle, on foot, and with free public transport throughout the valley, including the boat trip around the lake.

The lower section is fairly flat. Sanitary facilities are new and clean. Quiet at night. Fresh water, grey-water disposal, and black-water disposal are available. There is a picnic room. Rather expensive.

Great campsite; we stayed in the newly built lower section. Separate toilet and shower building, clean and modern. Direct access to the lake across the road. Bread delivery service available, and public transport is free throughout the valley.

Very friendly welcome in a simple, family atmosphere. The toilets are clean, but with only two for men and three for women, there are too few for the size of the campsite. The pitches are not marked out, and it is inconvenient to have to pass through the snack bar terrace to shower or brush your teeth. Magnificent region and an ideal campsite for visiting the lake. Three stars for a three-star campsite.

Small but pleasant family campsite. Campers are a little packed together. The proximity of the railway is more of an advantage for getting around than a noise problem. Above all, rail traffic is very light. The train ride and boat trip on the lake are included, which may explain the campsite's high daily price.

Simple but very pleasant campsite with a beautiful view. Everything you need, and clean. Very well located for the train and swimming. Very friendly owners. We will gladly return.

Simple campsite, clean sanitary facilities, moderate prices (€26.50 for a motorhome, one person, electricity, and tourist tax in the low season), many hiking trails, and of course the lake for swimming. The train above the site did not bother me.
