Camping Zante

We were lucky and got a large pitch with a sea view. A great pebble beach is directly accessible from the site, with a small beach bar. Everyone was very nice and uncomplicated; our Labrador was welcome everywhere—swimming, on the loungers, and in the restaurant. Car rental opposite and various tavernas within walking distance. We will be back!

We spent six nights at the site. The owner was very friendly, and we paid only 10 euros per night because it was so quiet. Best pitch with a sea view. The sanitary facilities were very decent, especially for the price.

There are large pitches, some with sea views, and a large pool with a great view, unfortunately closed in the off-season. Good value for money and friendly owners.

A very nice campsite with a pool and small beach bar. At the end of the season, the site seemed somewhat untidy, with too little staff looking after the sanitary facilities and pool. But it is fine for 20 euros per night. Unfortunately, the restaurant was already closed, but there are good alternatives within walking distance. There is a car-rental office and a bus stop directly in front of the site.

Camping Zante is a mixed experience: €25 was quoted in advance, but €30 was charged on site— not very transparent. The sanitary facilities were mostly okay, but the men's toilet was very dirty. The kitchen had two old but usable hotplates. Staff approached us, but they were difficult to identify and seemed rather dubious. Overall, a basic site with room for improvement.

Amazing pitches right on the sea, we stayed 2 weeks in our Mercedes sprinter. The wind was very welcome and the pitches are all in the shade. Beach directly at the campsite, with a nice beach bar with sunbeds at the bottom. Facilities were very good and clean. Upon arrival we didn't get shown where anything was so you kind of just need to figure it out. This is a perfect place as a base to explore

Great pitches at the first line, with picturesque sightseeing. A bit windy though as we stayed in July. Facilities are not pretentious and proper. Didnt go to the tavern or the pool. Cannot comment. Around close by shops, night life and water parks. Convenient trips for e-bike.

Very pleasant campsite; we had a pitch with a sea view—magnificent! The beach bar and restaurant are very good and reasonably priced. Very clean sanitary facilities and very friendly staff. However, there was no price information at reception and no written record of the daily rate on arrival, so be sure to ask when you arrive to avoid misunderstandings!

The campsite is directly by the sea and offers many shady pitches—even in the front row, there was still some availability. The sanitary facilities are clean and in good condition. The pool is perfect, and there is also a small baby pool. Perfect for exploring the island. The bus stop to Zakynthos and a car-rental office are directly opposite. With the SUP, we even saw sea turtles at the beach.

I don't think some people give four stars; perhaps five is the minimum.

I cannot quite understand the negative reviews regarding the price. We paid €30 per night for a Jeep, trailer and roof tent, two adults, and one child. The price was clear from the beginning. It is the most beautiful and cleanest campsite on the island, with a huge child-friendly pool and a restaurant. Worth every cent!

Great place. The camper places have a sea view, the tavern is good, and the beach bar is great. Everything I need is here! The people is very friendly and for sure we will miss them a lot! We wish that we will back next summer! Best camping!

We were at this site in June 2024. We were greeted very warmly and given a pitch overlooking the water. The toilets were clean. When we left, exactly the same thing happened as in other previous comments: suddenly, there was no mention of the price quoted in the email. We asked what this was about and referred to the email. After a one-sided discussion, we paid the price from the email. My feeling—and you can read it here too—is that this is not the first time they have done this.

We were here at the end of season for 1 night. You could see they are slowly closing but camp is overall ok. Beach is also pretty good. It was super price. The only thing that bothered us, was salty water in showers...

We were here last June, it was perfect. On arriving here last week after email messages, we were told €30 per night. It's end of season ....I emailed again and said could they do 4 nights for €100- of course.....We were asked for the money on arrival (quite persistently), drove to the seafront plots, nobody here, but the restaurant and pool were closed, and WiFi was non existent. Disappointed

Great campsite and well located. The operators are very friendly, and the value for money is excellent. You can rent a scooter directly opposite, so you are mobile. The only criticism, which is easy to overlook, is that all the water at the campsite is very salty.

Beautiful location, convenient for the sea, and you can also use the pool. Shaded pitches. Lovely sea view. Clean facilities; they provide soap but no toilet paper. Only salt water for washing and showering! We paid €30 for one night for two adults and one child; no prices were displayed.

A wonderful place! Clean and tidy! Hot water at all times. The beach has crystal clear water. Very well arranged. Extremely friendly and hospitable hosts. We are very pleased. I highly recommend

Very nice and well located. Clean and well-maintained sanitary facilities. We had plenty of space with a 7.40-meter vehicle. The pool and sandy beach are very nice. Bus stop in front of the entrance. Very nice and helpful staff. €40 per day for four people. Excellent value for money! We did not eat at the restaurant. A clear recommendation for the campsite.

Well-located campsite with a beautiful sandy beach. Sea view from the campsite and a lovely pool. Well-maintained sanitary facilities. Electricity is a little weak—the fridge remains powered by gas even when connected—and the water is not potable, with slightly salty showers.

Campsite absolutely recommended.
