Avenida Fernando Suárez García, 15011, La Coruña
Been here?
Free motorhome parking beside the seafront, with views over the beaches and Torre de Hércules. The bays suit vehicles up to 7m, and the beach, observatory and bike path are nearby. There are no services apart from rubbish bins; a bus stop is 5 minutes away, with lines 3 and 3A to the centre. Nights are generally quiet, although the road brings daytime and early-morning traffic.

Sea view, ideal for visiting the area. We did not sleep there.
At the beginning of July, arriving around 1 p.m., there were still a couple of spaces. We did not sleep there but spent the day seeing the city. Up to 7 meters long. The site seems quiet. There are no facilities apart from a couple of rubbish containers. Very far from the old town and inadequate for a city like A Coruña, which seems to be welcoming us. It's a shame.
Useful for seeing the city. A bus stop is five minutes away and takes you to the center (lines 3 and 3A). A little noisy during the day because of the street. Thank you.
Really nice and quiet place, facing the sea, for spending a night after visiting the city. Good 5G phone signal. Safe travels.
Although it is by the road, it is very quiet, with a great view and wonderful air. I would gladly come back.
It is fine as a rather remote parking area. Just enough to spend the night and move on. The parking stops force you to leave the front of the vehicle protruding into the lane.
arrived mid afternoon plenty of spaces, lovely views, fairly quiet night, just a bit of early morning traffic
very quiet sleep and ideal for walking to the beach and observatory.
Sea view, but too close to the road. A few cars at night.
The view of the sea is incredible; waking up in the morning with a sea view is the ultimate luxury. The city center is not too far away.
They have chokes in the bays possibly to prevent vehicles of 7m and longer encroaching on the path behind. our vehicle is 7.5m, so we couldn't see it being possible to stay without over reaching the bay onto the path or road ! So we stayed Cala de Portiña motorhome carpark.
Very quiet place; we spent one night with quite a lot of wind, which is normal given its location. No facilities.
Beautiful views facing the sea if you manage to park, as there are few spaces. Otherwise, it is just an asphalt parking lot, next to the aquarium, which is well worth visiting, and the Tower of Hercules. Far from the center.
Nice flat spot in front of the sea, even to an over 7m length. Quiet and calm during the night. Well recommended.
Great place! Lovely view and public toilets nearby. We got there late in the evening and there was still space (middle of summer). Will be back!
Place next to the road, good for spending one night and waking up to lovely views, but little else.
Very beautiful view of the city and the Tower of Hercules. Quiet night, few cars.
We only slept there for one night. It is quiet, with the sea in front and far from the center!
Warning! At 12:30 a.m. tonight, a car drove by and looked at the parked vehicles. My door was partly open while I was walking the dog, and he took a closer look. Then he stopped next to a parked vehicle, got out, and looked inside the car. When he saw me with my dog and phone, he quickly drove away.
Parking with beautiful views over the bay. Lovely walk along the seafront. The elevator does not work—what a shame. We spent one calm and peaceful night.
Parking with good views of A Coruña Bay, and a good area for walking along the promenade and visiting the city. No facilities. The wheel stops are too high and difficult to get over. We woke up to the sound of the sea and seagulls. Recommended!
Secluded area, but cars pass at night and make noise over the raised crossings. No security, and in the afternoon our motorhome was robbed by forcing the side door. We will not return and cannot recommend it for safety reasons. In addition, it is a parking area without facilities.
Quiet and well-lit motorhome parking. Spaces face against the direction of traffic and have stops for the rear wheels; if you do not drive over them, the front of the vehicle protrudes onto the road, and if you drive over them, the rear protrudes onto the road. Poor parking design. The lack of facilities led one user to dump their portable toilet in the nearby garden... very bad, very bad... this harms us all.
Although it is on the side the road it becomes very quiet at night with very few cars passing by the whole night. Great nights sleep
Great place to stay for a few hours and visit the town. it's about 20 minute walk.
A good designated motorhome parking area. We spent the night in our Iveco van and slept well. It has good views toward the Tower of Hercules, although it appears far away. We heard no noise at night, and despite arriving in the afternoon, when other parking areas had no spaces available, we found many free spaces here.
Rather quiet despite the many cars passing during the day. Very quiet nights. Walking and cycling possible nearby. Lovely ocean view.
Quiet night. Although it is by the road, there is not much traffic at night.
Stayed here for the night last week, no issues. Great view across the city and to the Tower of Hercules.
Very well-lit parking area, just 8 meters from the sea, with free toilets very close by (open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in winter and until 10 p.m. in summer).
Parking with a beautiful view. A 35-minute walk to the center. Convenient for exploring the city, a shame it has no facilities. We stayed two nights without any problems.
