Great stop ever with lovely lake and park next door. Recently reopened - book through CCP . Part shade, no real noise issues. Nice cafe next door overlooking lake for coffee and food from 12-6. Would definitely return.
The parking area is open again, but access is only through the Camping-Car Park app. The pitch is by a lake, close to the road.
As of June 8, 2026, the area is still closed for works. Hopefully it will open soon; it is really beautiful.
May 2026: you cannot park there. It looks like a refurbishment; there are no electrical points, and all plots are roped off with sprinklers watering the grass.
It is currently under construction, but when finished it will be great!
I used to go all the time, but I stopped because it became far too expensive, with very noisy car parks all around. The price went from €9 to €15; €9 was quite sufficient for this place. I no longer go because everything bothers us, including at night, when groups come to party in the adjacent car park. At €15 it is too expensive. I will return when prices come down.
Motorhome area under construction, without electricity or water on the evening we arrived. Close to the road and a car park providing access to the lake. Community hall right next door. There was no event on the evening we stayed. Many factors could make a night here a nightmare. On the other hand, it is right beside a beautiful small body of water, ideal for walks, games for children and teenagers, and a snack bar.
Very good motorhome area, 15 minutes from Annecy, next to a beautiful small lake with children's play areas. Part of the area is under construction, so there is currently no electricity. All necessary services work: gray water, black water and fresh water. €14.80 per night, plus a €5 Camping-Car Park access card. We were there during the week; the pitches are slightly sloping.
One star for the lake. The rest should be avoided: no electricity and very noisy. For €7.50, it's a rip-off.
We were satisfied. There was no construction noise at the weekend. Next door is a large recreational park with picnic areas. Entry and exit were easy. The price is fair.
The motorhome area is near the lake, ideally located, but very crowded during the day. At night, some people use the car park as a racetrack and gather there with their cars. No peace and quiet day or night. The area is under construction, so there is no electricity, yet the price remains the same. Because of its proximity to the lake, many people pass through the area.
Area closed until April 4, 2026.
In February 2026 they're still doing some refurbishment to the surroundings, but even so, it's a great place. Lovely walk around the lake. It's a CCP so everything works as it should.
The site is next to a small park with playgrounds, etc., but also near several roads and many parking areas. The construction site is inactive on Saturdays. We cycled to Annecy, then continued on.
We were pleased to be able to access it in January. Lovely place near a lake bordered by a magnificent park for short hikes. The only drawback is that the ground is uneven and muddy in places. We slept well despite the nearby road. A major advantage is Pat Wash right next door, with laundry and motorhome cleaning facilities. The owner is also very friendly. We will return.
I am currently at the area. There is absolutely no mud; the only drawback is the noise from the compressors at the nearby construction site. Great spot. CL
If you want to fill the inside of your motorhome with mud, this is the place for you… The car park is completely torn up, full of construction gravel and mud everywhere. For the price, it is a bit excessive. And I came in good weather; I don't even want to think about what it will be like in a week's time when it rains. I will not return until everything is paved, and I don't think that will happen anytime soon.
Very good, but it is a shame that the facilities are nowhere near up to the standard of the surroundings. A green oasis just a few meters away, and a car park whose surface looks more like a minefield. You can see that work was done recently, but without any finishing touches. Too bad.
Water working now. It has just been fixed.
Good stopover €15 with all amenities. Lovely walk around the lake. A little noisy with traffic. Felt safe and good reception. Water not working.
Quiet place to sleep, with water, electricity and a dumping point.
Motorhome area with a lovely walk around the nearby lake and garden; electricity and services working.
Site directly by a lake, with a children's playground, pump track and restaurant. A 25-minute walk to town. Electricity and service facilities available. The site slopes slightly. Despite it being the weekend, it was very quiet.
Area with old concrete. We are packed in tightly. The lake is private, so swimming and fishing are not allowed, and on top of that it is noisy.
Very nice area right beside the lake, with lots of facilities and plenty for children. Electricity is now operational. The only drawback is the noise! Young people spend the evening doing skids in their cars in the adjacent car park and squealing their tires around the roundabout all evening. The road is also very noisy, late at night and early in the morning. With earplugs, it is perfect.
There was no electricity, as expected. There was no water either, apparently for several weeks. Avoid this car park under construction at €12.80 per night…
Too expensive for a site that is still being developed. No electricity, no service facilities, no internet. It was an emergency stop for us because everything in Annecy was completely full.
Unacceptable!! They specified that there was no electricity… but surprise, there was no water either. So it is expensive for a simple car park. I tried to contact them five times; they kept sending me around without offering any commercial discount.
It is frankly outrageous and shameful to pay €12.50 just for a parking space. We don't even have water because the service point does not work, and there is no internet or Wi-Fi. Personally, I find it unacceptable—a real rip-off.
We spent one night there. The area is unfinished, but it will be a normal motorhome area once completed. It is very busy this summer, judging by the number of travelers currently there. We had to reserve in advance, otherwise there would have been no space! Electricity is still unavailable, but installation is underway.
