Private overnight parking, ticket required

We stayed here overnight before our visit. Apparently it is supposed to be monitored, but we were not checked. It was very quiet and there is a rubbish bin. Unfortunately, there are soooo many mosquitoes.

Parking is a private property and a valid ticket for Bearpark for the same or next day is necessary to stay overnight.

Excellent motorhome site for one night. Very quiet and very little noise from the surroundings. We wanted to buy the entrance ticket for the overnight stay in advance, but this was not necessary because the off-season had begun and there were no checks. Very spacious park. Bruno, the man behind the cash desk, gives clear explanations and good tips: especially follow the feeding times, otherwise you will see few animals.

Great place to visit the bear park. It is quite expensive, but really worth seeing. After four hours of continuous rain, we saw all the feedings and animals. We were almost alone. We also spent the night alone, very quietly.

We stopped to eat and the place is very uneven, but there is no noise and it is very pleasant.

Relaxing for one night before or after the bear park. Near a small shopping centre with a supermarket. The bear park was very nice and can only be recommended. Due to bad weather, we had the park completely to ourselves.

A somewhat dreary place right next to Bear Park. McDonald's is 2 minutes away at the roundabout. Our entrance ticket was not checked.

Simple, quiet place. Best option for staying overnight before and/or after visiting the wildlife park. There is a sign saying that the toilets in the nearby shopping centre, within walking distance, are open 24/7.

The fact that the park admission ticket allows an overnight stay is the only positive aspect. At 499 NOK for an adult, this park is definitely not worth it. Calling it a “bear park” is a joke. Children's entertainment like in a small amusement park; the reptile enclosures in “Crocodile Land” are anything but species-appropriate. There are four (four!) bears and a few other animals.

Completely fine for one night. The park is super beautiful. We were completely alone among what felt like hundreds of thousands of mosquitoes.

We stayed here overnight with another motorhome while visiting Bear Park. Very quiet and surrounded by nature. No facilities directly at the site apart from rubbish bins, but completely sufficient for a parking area. The wildlife park is worth seeing despite the high price, and is not for people who just want to rush through taking photos of wild animals.
