Windmill panorama, late visitor noise

This parking area above the windmills’ visitor car park has spectacular views of 10 windmills, the village, and the plain. It is uneven and dusty, and local visitors, dog walkers, and cars may pass by, with noise continuing until late. Nights can also be exceptionally quiet, and the windmills remain easily reachable from here.

It’s the best. Quiet and beautiful landscapes. In mid-April there were not many people in the parking area; I suppose it must be full later in the season.
The view is fantastic and it is less crowded than the parking lot on the opposite hill, but the view is still nice and the windmills are still easily reachable. Unfortunately, it is uneven and dusty and untill late there was a lot of come and going of cars, and it was noisy. Garbage bins aren't available.
Absolutely wonderful. It was windy, and somehow the hill sheltered us from the wind—I do not know how, but it is very well situated. Spectacular views. Absolute silence.
We spent an excellent quiet night beside the illuminated windmills. There were two motorhomes.
