Pine-shaded area, free toilets

What can I say about this aire that we visit regularly? It is seriously deteriorating. Indeed, allowing non-self-sufficient vehicles has quickly turned the platform into a bathroom, dishwashing area and laundry room. So we, who come to fill up with water and dispose of waste, are wading through an unbelievable mess—excuse my language, but there are no other words.

Superb aire in an ideal location. Nevertheless, ideally dogs should be prohibited. It is not their fault, but the owners should be trained. And beware of the condition of the sanitary facilities—more people who need training. We stayed for 16 days and will come back. Thanks to everyone involved with the site.

Unfortunately, some checks should be carried out because certain users respect neither anything nor anyone! One user occupied two spaces, with nighttime disturbance and drunkenness requiring the police to intervene in the middle of the night. Everyone should respect one another! Otherwise, we will soon have nowhere left to stay.

Small pitches; you should bring a bicycle for trips to the Atlantic or into town. The buses run only rarely.

A lovely spot under the pine trees, peaceful and close to the beaches by bicycle or free bus, whose stop is right in front of the site. The extra benefit is the sanitary facilities.

A very pleasant stop in a pine forest with crickets chirping. Peace and relaxation included. Well located for bike trips to Hossegor and Capbreton. The pitches are spacious, with plenty of room for an awning, chairs, and tables. The toilets were okay, although one sink was full of food scraps. Users also need to take responsibility.

Motorhome area with toilets, waste disposal, and drinking water. Shaded pitch. Not too noisy despite the nearby road. General and recycling bins next to the area. Quick access to the lake, the ocean, and central Hossegor via the cycle path.

The area is fairly well located, with shade on some pitches. At the moment there are few people, so it is possible to put out the awning, but that could be difficult when busy. Rue des Lacs is right next to it, with little traffic during the day, but on Thursday mornings from 6 a.m. there is a procession of cleaning and garbage trucks—very noisy early in the morning!

A very nice motorhome site. The toilets could be cleaned better, but all the waste-disposal facilities worked properly. Very quiet and dark at night at this time of year.

Stayed 26–28 February. Nicely laid out with no ambiguity about parking, but there is zero mobile connectivity. A great forest walk leads to the Intermarché and the lake and town. However, the black-water drain was blocked on 27 February, and naturally considerate people used the gray-water drain, leaving human feces everywhere. I believe it is still blocked.

Night of March 1. For a Camping-Car Park site, it was pretty good. The pitches are not huge but sufficient, with greenery and picnic tables. Downsides: the black-water drain was overflowing and impossible to use, and some guests do not pick up after their dogs. I have two dogs, but I clean up after them. I would give it 3.5 stars.

Very good, but there is construction during the week at the moment, so it is very noisy. If you have bicycles, it is better to go to the other site, which is larger, more natural, and quieter. There is also no or very little phone signal, which may bother some people.

great stop a short walk (on road) from the lake with a lovely walkway. not too far from the highway either so good to stay on the drive to/from spain. lovely beach too. lovely quiet aire, bins outside in the laybys. didn't use the services so can't comment but looked fine.

From reading the comments, I think some people confuse a service area with a campsite. Although this area is far from everything, with a restaurant 30 minutes away on foot, it is very pleasant. The filling station is clean. The pitches may be a little small when busy. In any case, I recommend it without hesitation.

Like all Camping-Car Park sites, too expensive and poorly maintained. I do not recommend it.

Useless area. Camping-Car Park takes over all the sites, but first and foremost they should maintain them. Avoid it if you can.

Clean area, gravel pitches fairly close together. Be careful with trailers, as parking is more difficult. For information, there is no internet connection with Free; you have to move around to top up the account in the Camping-Car Park app.

A very nice, well-maintained area, full of trees and very well located, 750 metres from the lake. It has showers and toilets, although I did not use them.

Pleasant area out of season, when there are not too many people. The major downside is the service area, which is outdated, muddy, and really dirty.

We preferred to move on and choose an area not managed by Camping-Car Park, even if that meant driving a little farther.

The machine has been out of order for 48 hours. We were able to enter by calling the number provided, and the operator opened the barrier. However, it is impossible to recharge the card at the machine or online. Several motorhomes are trying to leave, but the assistance number no longer answers. Unacceptable.

It is okay, but in high season it is always full. Unfortunately, Hossegor does not offer many alternatives. It is on a through road, so it is very noisy. Very little space between one motorhome and another, and there is a queue for the facilities because there are too few for the number of people.

Shaded camping area with facilities for emptying and filling water. Fairly quiet despite being along the road. However, the sanitary facilities, mainly the toilets, are not clean. Showers are missing. A €5 card for access to the chain's different areas must be added to the price.

We stayed several nights. The area is fairly quiet and very good for children, who can ride their bicycles around safely. However, bicycles are necessary because it is a little far from the beaches and town centre. One drawback is that the barrier did not open when we left, and customer service took a very long time to answer.

We spent one quiet night here. Several spaces were available, so we were not crowded together. Close to the lake, town centre, beaches, and Capbreton. Perfect by bicycle.
