Castle parking, steep approach

Great place at the foot of the castle. There is a toilet, running water, and a fire pit. Three to four spaces.

One of the best places to park overnight. Quiet and secluded.

Everything has already been said. The place is very quiet at night; in the morning, you wake up to birdsong. We had no difficulty making the final climb with our 7.5 m motorhome.

A nice place on the outskirts of the city. A good base for hiking trails. Quiet and peaceful at night.

A small parking lot under the castle, which slopes slightly in almost every direction. The way up is very steep at the end. Very busy during the day. I didn't stay overnight, but it seems quiet.

Spacious area for spending a quiet night at the foot of the castle, with rubbish bins available. The road up to the parking area is not difficult for a motorhome. Not to be missed: a visit to the castle (€2) and the Balkan organs 100 meters away.

We spent great nice here, beautiful place. The castle is in Slovakia but parking in Hungary. The road is narrow. Parking is free of charge. The castle has 2eur entrance fee during day. At the evening free. Very nice touristic trails on Slovak side

I spent a perfectly quiet night here. ATTENTION: the road up to the parking lot is quite steep on the last section. I had to shift down a lot with my older van. Parking spot is not suitable for large motorhomes, 6m max!!

Small free gravel parking lot under the castle. Few cars in afternoon and empty at night. Very quiet.

Unfortunately, these spaces are very poorly described, so people with large motorhomes have serious problems, which is not good—and that is putting it mildly—especially because it is full of visitors at weekends.
