20 Jalkarannantie, 15110, Lahti
Been here?
This is a gravel day-parking area near Lahti’s centre, the lake, a park and the harbour. Parking is free for 3 hours with a parking disc, and there are no services. The location is convenient for walking into the city and to the nearby ski jumps. Noise can be high, especially on Friday evenings, when cars and loud music have been reported.

Great place. Unfortunately parking is now free 3 hours with disk.
Nice place for a day visit to the city, highly recommended. But for overnight stays, at least on Friday evening, absolutely not recommended. Many people treated the parking lot like a racetrack or disco.
Very convenient and spacious parking area for reaching the city with a short walk.
We drove all the way to the back of this area, where the trees are; there you can barely hear the cars. If you go through the small pedestrian tunnel, there are toilets on the right, always open and spotlessly clean. We visited the large ski jump; it costs €8 to go up by lift, and it is worthwhile, with a fantastic view over the whole area.
Good place to explore Lahti. The toilet is open between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and is cleaned daily. Many joggers and walkers during the day.
Large parking area very close to the lake. The ski jumps are about 1 km away and within walking distance. Public toilets are also available, until 9 p.m.
Good location almost in the city center. A reasonable distance from restaurants and shops. A magnificent park and harbor are right next door. No services apart from rubbish bins.
Free unpaved parking near a small lake and the town center.
