River parking, quiet nights

At first glance the site seems perfect: clean, level, beside a forest and a five-minute walk from the village, but... It is the worst place I have slept in of all the spots. Garbage collection trucks pass through, and to make matters worse, four or five roosters took turns crowing, sometimes all together, from 4:00 a.m. There were also dogs barking all night.✦Translating

Perfect during the day: flat, clean and ideal for parking and visiting the village. But the night was hellish: garbage trucks and municipal workers going back and forth from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. We parked elsewhere for the following nights, near the village cemetery. Do not go through the village center; the street is too narrow.✦Translating

Perfect night, no noise. In the morning, during the week, car traffic is minimal. It may be busier at weekends with the football field opposite. Although the spaces are marked for cars, large vans and motorhomes fit without any problem.✦Translating
