Dare Valley Country Park

Beautifully located site with clean sanitary facilities. Good starting point for a hike to Tarren y Bwllfa (Horseshoe). Nice bike park with several downhill runs. Alternatively, Bike Park Wales can be reached by e-MTB. Over the weekend, the site is usually also visited by the Welsh.✦Translating

Nice little find, we arrived after reception had closed rang the out of hours number on the gate and the lovely lady sent me the gate codes. lovely toilet block, waste facility, electric pitches. had to use the disabled toilet while loos being cleaned and they have a hoist and bed for disabled showers, really impressed with that. Nice looking cafe on site.

No toilet paper left in the toilets. With many children around, etc., not good. Loud neighbors until midnight. However, beautiful location. Something for everyone to do.✦Translating

£56 For 2 nights for 2 in a campervan, inc elec. Told to park where we liked. should have said as bad weather forecast, don't park in middle section as it floods. Showers, though clean & water warm, no heating in bathrooms. Did inform site, still no heating. Hand dryer out of order Washing machine & tumble dryer out of order No grey waste disposal. Cafe is very good

fantastic place to visit. area is very scenic. facilities really clean and the staff were all really friendly. we had food in the cafe and it was lovely great value for money. definately recommend and we will be back.

Lovely little campsite, sanitary facilities in very good condition. Large hardstanding pitches with a grassy area. Most are flat. £28 for a van for two people and one dog—not the cheapest, but the campsite is very good and has everything. You should visit the bike-rental office on arrival, or call the number, as there is no reception.✦Translating

Great park! Everything is here it cost £28 for the motorhome for 1 night. Showers toilets clean, pitches large enough. Walking distance to town, park superb for walking or cycling.
