Lagoon picnic area, daytime only

The local police told us that spending the night here is prohibited. The place is only suitable for daytime parking of campers and vehicles up to 5 metres.

This very pleasant area is nevertheless prohibited at night because it is considered a fragile green zone, according to a guard.

We spent one night here. It was muddy and some dogs barked all night, perhaps because of the tremendous wind. Next to a drinking-water fountain. Otherwise fine.

The descriptions are accurate except for the claim that there is a lake. The water has been drained. No waterfowl, but at least plenty of songbirds.

The place is very pleasant and quiet, with the constant sound of little birds. We slept in our converted car and were alone all night, although there is space for about five cars. Next to the parking area there is a fountain and several picnic tables. During the morning, people start arriving to walk around the lake. Recommended site.

Very peaceful night, good place. There is some daytime traffic from people who come to walk. There are mosquitoes, but they are bearable. There is a fountain but no bin or container.

Quiet little spot, ideal for staying one night. Nicely shaded if you arrive in the afternoon. Laguardia is not far away.
