Free parking, noisy junction

This is free allocated off-road parking on the outskirts of Rouen, just outside the green Crit’Air zone. The Metro station is within walking distance, with 30mins to the city center, and bus stops are nearby. A large park with recreational activities is close by. The junction makes it somewhat noisy, but it is a good stop-over on the way to Paris.
