2 Route de Caffino, 44690, Château-Thébaud
Been here?
Quiet, paved parking in pleasant natural surroundings beside the Maine, with plenty of space and clean toilets open from 8am to 10pm. The site can become busy during the day and on Friday evenings, when events at the bar may fill the car park. Climbing, kayaking, swimming, walks and a recreational area are nearby. Vehicles over 3.5 t must avoid the Saint-Georges road and arrive from the other side.

Nice location but can be busy. Friday night there was a band playing at the bar so the car park was packed. People started to leave at 10pm so we were able to park in the corner by the trees. A car arrived at 4am with some noisy passengers pitching a tent. The toilets are only open 8am to 10pm
Excellent. Paved. In the middle of nature. Lots of space. Immaculate toilets. In short, a great place to spend one or more good nights.
Be careful: St Georges Street coming from La Bretonnière is restricted to vehicles over 3.5 tonnes because of the Cafino stone bridge. You must arrive from the other side. A calm and pleasant place, but it can be very damp. A lovely dog walk at the leisure center.
Beautiful, green, and peaceful. Overnight stays are possible. Clean toilets open all night. Close to climbing areas. Little mobile signal.
Super-quiet parking area. We had a very good night. It fills up during the day because it is close to the river and there are climbing routes and kayaking; you can also swim, and there are picnic areas, public toilets in the parking area, and a bar. Recommended.
A quiet night by the water. Indeed, cars arrive in large numbers and early. The parking area is relatively flat. Toilets will soon be available on site.
Very busy parking area on weekends. You have to share it with cars, but it empties fairly quickly in the evening. Quiet night. Do not hesitate to walk up to the viewpoint, 6 minutes away, for a beautiful view of the Maine valley and the Pont Cafino estate.
Beautiful, quiet, slightly secluded spot by the river. Narrow, winding roads. The navigation system had trouble finding it. But you are rewarded—highly recommended!
Good flat parking spot, close to the river Maine with possibility of doing some climbing and kayaking in the area. Good parking for doing some small hikes in the area. Spent a quite night here. Highly recommend.
Quiet for one night.
