Central parking, busy and noisy

A huge parking area close to central Podgorica, with many bars nearby. Recent information describes free parking, but it is very busy and has considerable traffic noise. There are no facilities apart from a rubbish bin. The area has no shade.

We stayed at Velimira Terzica. Free parking, but very busy with a lot of traffic noise. No facilities except a rubbish bin. Not recommended. There is also free parking around the basilica, just around the corner.
The parking is paid.
