A quiet parking area in the forest beside the RMK visitor centre and the start of a hiking trail. Designated parking and overnight stays are allowed, with toilets, drinking water, picnic tables, benches and a BBQ area. A small beach section is available for swimming, and the visitor centre may be closed outside its opening periods.

Very quiet place, beautifully situated in the forest. We used the small beach area for swimming and stayed one night. The toilets are okay, and drinking water is still available from the tap. Thank you for the lovely place!
Very nice here, with a lovely short information trail. We stayed here overnight in November without any problems. We were alone, and the visitor center was also closed.
Because of the comments, I asked at the visitor center. The lady was very friendly. Visitors are very welcome here. Parking and overnight stays are permitted and encouraged in the designated spaces. The campsite is a few meters farther away. Everything is very well maintained. There was enough firewood; I had a quiet night and am now testing the coffee machine.
I did not stay overnight here. I think these are more likely parking spaces for the visitor center or hiking trail. The small trail is recommended, with small information boards too—very well done. There is a labeled drinking-water tap on the left side of the building. You could fill a canister there.
