Camping municipal de la Vallée de l'Hyère

Excellent campsite and very good restaurant on site, with lovely walks, cycling routes, and very clean sanitary facilities. €19 for two people, a motorhome, and electricity for one night. We stayed two nights. Very nice and warmly welcomed. This is our base in Carhaix; we will return. Jocelyne and Bruno.✦Translating

We came across the site by chance. We were immediately delighted and booked two nights instead of one. When registering and paying, I was immediately asked whether I needed a token. Great, because then you are independent. The food at the bar is very, very delicious. Be sure to reserve. A wonderful place! We would gladly have stayed longer, but unfortunately had no more time!✦Translating

A nice find off the usual routes....Nice big pitches though some might be a bit boggy after rain? Clean facilities. Cafe does galettes and chips..and breakfast...Surrounded by birdsong.... oh, and we got a welcome pack including a bottle of beer!

Lovely little municipal campsite away from the city, which I like when traveling by vehicle. I give it only four stars because there are not enough showers. I recommend it.✦Translating

The campsite is good: clean and shaded, but with no privacy at all—there are no separating hedges! I do not like that. The city center is more than 2 km away and is not interesting.✦Translating

A great municipal campsite of the kind they do not make anymore. Spotless sanitary facilities, pleasant spaces, a small bar and creperie at the entrance :) There are even cabins for touring cyclists. €14 per night for a van without electricity!✦Translating

Hello, a magnificent place with welcoming staff, a small bar, restaurant and creperie, children's activities, walking and mountain biking. And, to top it all off, a fantastic Bard Box concert.✦Translating

Pleasant and very quiet campsite, with new, well-maintained showers, a washing machine for €3 (dryer out of order), and bread and pastries available by reservation. Emptying of black and gray water is possible, but cleaning and filling with water costs extra through a token system, making it impossible when reception is closed between noon and 3 p.m.✦Translating

I would have given five stars for a very well-maintained campsite, clean facilities, and beautiful pitches. However, I do not understand why motorhomes have to pay to clean the cassette and fill up with water; the water taken by motorhomes is not consumed at the campsite!✦Translating
