Been here?
An idyllic campsite at about 1400m with stunning Dolomite views and spacious pitches. The modern sanitary facilities are new, clean and include hot showers, while water, waste emptying, electricity, laundry and a small shop are available. Bread can be ordered for the following day, and a bus to Bolzano stops directly outside. A recent stay for 2 adults and 2 kids cost 77€ for one night.

Charming place with a view of the Dolomites and friendly hosts. A small family-run snack bar and the essentials in the “shop,” including bread rolls, are available. The bus to Bolzano stops right in front of the entrance.
Very nice view, clean facilities but quite expensive. One night 2 adults 2 kids 77€.
Wonderful little campsite at 1,400 meters. Cool climate, very clean and new bathrooms, hot and very spacious showers, washing machine, water fill-up and waste disposal, and a small market with fresh eggs and fresh bread if ordered the day before. The couple who run it are reserved but very helpful. Wonderful view. Very good bus connections to nearby towns and Bolzano. The only drawback is that there is no shade.
Great location and mountain panorama. The welcome was very nice and friendly. Modern and very clean sanitary facilities. Very good bus connection to Bolzano. We would gladly come again.
Simply top! For three nights, we got one of the most beautiful panoramic pitches. The sanitary facilities seem to be new and were always very clean! The operators were super friendly on the phone already. On site, they gave us great tips about hiking and mountain-bike tours. The homemade pizza is delicious. We will definitely come back!!!
Very beautiful view. Pitches large enough. We were there with an 8-meter-long Carthago C-Line. On the approach, trust the signs rather than the navigation systems.
A great campsite with everything you need. The operators are very nice, and the sanitary facilities are new and clean. We were able to wash and dry our laundry here (€10) and ordered a pizza one evening. From here, you can take wonderful hikes or travel to the city of Bolzano. One morning, we watched the sunrise from a bench opposite the site.
Campsite on three levels, with fairly flat but somewhat narrow pitches equipped with electricity, water fill-up and grey-water disposal (black water at the entrance). Dishwashing area, bathrooms with showers included, all well maintained and clean. Courteous and helpful owners. Additional services are not five-star value for money: bread, pizza and breakfast. Including tax and environmental contribution, €60 per day for a pitch for two adults and one child.
We were given a very friendly welcome and received all the information and tips for the surrounding area. The landscape is incredibly beautiful and the view from the pitch is amazing! We were advised against cycling to Bolzano, so we decided to take the bus. The pizza in the restaurant was delicious and everything was clean and tidy. The sanitary facilities are really nice and clean. Thank you!
Amazing view. Everything very clean. Very friendly operators. The pizza was delicious. Thank you.
Great campsite that is truly worth the money. Gorgeous view, excellent hiking area, and the South Tyrol Guest Pass should definitely be used. Lovely sanitary facilities, everything spotless, and friendly operators. We will certainly come again.
We stayed here for 3 nights using the free bus pass to explore Bolzano. The toilets/ showers are new and immaculate. Everyone staying takes pride in keeping all facilities clean. On site there is a pizza restaurant open 5-8pm, and a small shop. Black & grey waste disposal, fresh water. This is the smartest campsite we have stayed on, and will definitely come back.
Very clean, staying for one night was no problem. Camper, 2 adults and dog, €64, level pitch, amazing view.
Great view! It was excellent.
Campsite with a breathtaking view of the Dolomites! Everything is like new. Very welcoming reception by quiet operators. Starting point for wonderful hikes; unfortunately, we could only stay one night.
Breathtaking approach. Sanitary area clean and well maintained. But: According to reception, only campers staying at least five days may enjoy the view. Arriving late, leaving early, available pitches, and the fact that the site would remain empty overnight anyway… none of that matters. Inflexible. About one-third of the 49 pitches have a view; the rest are gravel and trees. Solid, but far too expensive for what is offered.
Extremely nice camp, clean, nice toilets and showers, there is washing machine also. Pitch for one car is spacious so you have enough space.
Dreamlike place in the mountains. Great mountain road up from Bolzano. Unfortunately, we did not arrive until 8 p.m., but check-in was no problem. Highly recommended.
One of the most beautiful places we have visited so far.
A truly, truly great campsite. It is quite high up, around 1,250 m, so it is also cooler than down in the valley. The site is very quiet and not very large, but it is extremely modern and very clean and well maintained. Booking is very straightforward. You receive both the offer and booking by email and can check in online yourself; on site, you only need to briefly show your ID. The operators are very nice and friendly. There is a small restaurant run by them and a tiny minimarket with the essentials. A ticket is also included, allowing you to use all public transport. For example, a bus to Bolzano stops right outside. Several hiking trails also start from the site. An unequivocal recommendation for anyone who prefers peace and nature.
Absolute favorite place! Free view over the valley from the camper, super-clean sanitary facilities, a fantastic bistro—what more could you want? Perfect starting point for hikes on the Salten and super-friendly service. We reserved a pitch three days in advance and extended our stay on site; no problem at all. We would gladly come back!
Wonderful, great place with a view of the mountains. Very clean, with showers, toilets, electricity, washing machine, small kiosk and restaurant. Two adults and one child in a panel van: €64.50.
Apparently, only those who keep coming back or book a year in advance get the great pitches. Spontaneous arrivals are no longer welcome. Today we had the last pitch behind the chalets by the playground, with a view of the chalets. What a shame.
Beautiful campsite, wonderful view if you are at the front. Shower and toilet are neat and new!
A great place with peace and quiet, well-maintained facilities, good service, and an excellent starting point for hikes and bike tours. Every pitch has electricity, water and wastewater connections; all pitches are very level and adequately sized.
Really beautiful place. Superb view. Top sanitary facilities. The owner is a little eccentric.
A beautiful campsite perched in the mountains. A lovely view when the sky is clear. Grassy and fairly level pitches. Very clean and well-designed sanitary facilities. Excessive price for two people in the low season: €51. Food available on site.
We love this place and come back every year. It is perfect for unwinding. A dreamlike view—we always book a panorama pitch—super quiet, and the high plateau is beautiful for hiking and cycling. Bolzano is easily reached by bus. It is also great with a dog. The operators are very friendly and the food is delicious. Thank you for such a lovely place.
We were very satisfied. Modern and clean sanitary facilities. View of the mountains, including sunrise, from the panorama pitches. There is an on-site restaurant for dinner, and breakfast is also available. Bread-roll service is available as an alternative. Everything tasted good. The operators are extremely nice and helpful!
Marvellous view! Rural surroundings. Very clean and nice facilities. They serve a good breakfast if you desire! Friendly staff…
The site and view would deserve four stars. Unfortunately, customer service leaves much to be desired. A price list that must be studied carefully, with another item added repeatedly before you arrive at a final price. Very little hospitality when leaving early due to illness. Here, money—not the guest—is king. We know Jenesien hospitality better, with 30 years of experience.
Actually a wonderfully located site—unfortunately, they have squeezed out every last centimeter, so you stand very close together. Too expensive for that. What a shame.
6 out of 5 points. Top place. Top view.
K&H, we stayed at this site from September 9 to 11, 2024. Second row with a great view, excellent service, excellent sanitary facilities and very friendly hosts. Thank you, highly recommended.
