A lakeside parking area 20 meters from the reservoir, suitable for swimming and paddle boarding. The price is 25lei for a camper or 20lei for a small car, plus 20 lei per person; overnight stays cost double. It is very noisy at weekends because of picnic visitors, while weekdays can be quiet.

Nice place for paddle boarding, swim. price is different: 25lei for camper (20 for small car) plus 20 lei/pp. Price is double for overnight stay. Only small dogs allowed. Further up the road there is a parking reserved for fishing, dogs not allowed. On the other side of the lake there is another paid parking, more quiet during the weekend, same price. Parking is sloped. All sized dogs are allowed
A fantastic place without a doubt, and not expensive, but the three stars are because they have time to come and collect the fee, yet not to empty the bins and keep the place clean. If you charge for a service, you should take better care of the space!
Finally, swimming again after weeks in the mountains. Somehow Romania is not a land of lakes. Large area, outdoor-pool atmosphere, usual fire pits, and pit toilets for waste disposal. We could not find fresh water, but we had already filled up with fresh spring water anyway.
