A peaceful spot in front of a beautifully maintained historic washhouse, with space for about two vans. The lavoir provides shelter during rain, and vehicles can be brought beneath its arches. The surrounding countryside offers fine views over the vineyards and walks through nearby villages. Traffic passes on the adjacent road, but nights are calm and the road is generally quieter after 20:00.

An absolutely perfect spot during rainy weather. For van/car travelers it is possible to bring the vehicle as close as possible under the arches of the washhouse to have access to the trunk while staying dry! Very quiet place even if it is relatively close to the road (very little traffic). We didn't meet anyone except 2 farmers who came to pump water.Translating
