Camping St Vit

Very beautiful location and extremely peaceful. Very green, with a beautiful lake. Fun playground for the children. Clean sanitary facilities; the block on the outside is somewhat dated, but the inside is more than fine. Showers cost extra (€2 for 10 minutes). Ideal for a stopover that you can also enjoy.

Contrary to the information, everything was closed and unfortunately we had to drive on.

By a lake, with beautiful grassy and very peaceful pitches. Very clean sanitary facilities, but only one key per pitch for access, so you need to coordinate your urgent needs! The campsite is almost 1 km long, and the rubbish disposal is at the entrance, so quite a long walk.

Very pleasant and friendly welcome, very clean campsite, pleasantly located beside the lake, shaded pitch.

Gated campsite shared with many permanent campers who own cottages; spacious pitches for camper vans, caravans and tents; very clean facilities (accessible with key); nice walk around the small lake (paddle boats only, no swimming); playground; dogs €4/night; no arrival on Sundays; lovely hosts; great stop before or right after crossing the Franco-German border

If you want to chill for a couple of days, this is the place. Very quiet, only 3 campers today, shared with chalet’s set around a small lake. Access via automatic gate so very secure. Over 200 grass spaces, but if wet you can park on the tarmac access roads. Electric, water , grey and chemical waste, good clean shower block (€2 for a shower, €2 for water) washers and dryers. Highly recommended.

Great site - lots of space and refurbished toilets and showers, washing machines as well. Very quiet and local restaurant will deliver pizza to your pitch. Great cycle routes from campsite, to local towns. Reception speak good English and all arranged very easy. Reception in large house on right before you enter site - look for ‘Bureau’ sign and doorbell. Didn’t like €2 shower with push button!

It is a campsite in a private area beside a lake, very peaceful and well organised. Professional washing machines with dryers. Children’s playground. Showers and washing machines cost extra.

Beautiful campsite on grass with trees. A small lake next to it. Sanitary facilities new, spacious, and clean. Friendly welcome even outside office hours. Extensive information about possible excursions, etc. Be sure to call ahead. At €17.40 per night for one camper and two people, very inexpensive. An additional €2 for a 10-minute shower and €2 for 200 litres of water. Waste disposal is free. We would be happy to return.
