An unlimited parking area directly below Lauterstein castle ruins, with 8 pitches, a picnic table, bench and small trash can. It is a quiet place for an overnight stay, especially at night and on weekends. The ruins and the freely accessible Tiefe Victoria Stolln are a few minutes’ walk away, with walking and cycling routes nearby. A bench at the ruins offers a good view.

Very quiet, and we had a good night's stay. The Lauterstein castle ruins and the freely accessible Tiefe Victoria tunnel can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a lot of information on signs and flyers in German, English, and Czech. You can switch on the lighting yourself inside the tunnel. Rubber boots recommended. Beautiful and quiet place to spend the night. The castle offers a lovely view, but there is only one bench to sit on and otherwise nothing to see. However, it is very nice if you want to hike or cycle here. A place to find peace. It is not a designated motorhome pitch, but an ordinary car park. We would definitely return for an overnight stay.Translating
We were alone here. Rushing water right next to us. We had rain. In good weather, definitely recommended. Starting point for a circular hiking trail.Translating
