Nature clearings, no phone reception

Lovely place in nature! in the evening we were surrounded by 40 to 50 deers grazing in the fields. In the morning a police car drive by, but didn't stop to talk to us. No cell phone reception. Bumpy road, but doable with our camper van (6,5 meter).

Quiet place in the middle of nature. A short distance from the main road but with little traffic. We slept there for one night; it was very peaceful and relaxing. A couple of logging trucks passed by. There is no phone reception. The road is slightly unpaved, but we drove it without difficulty with our very old 6-meter motorhome. Be careful if it rains or the road is wet, as there is a risk of mud.✦Translating

Sublime place, absolutely peaceful. A few cows passed beside our camp early in the morning. Several parking options depending on whether you prefer a shaded or open clearing with a nicer view.✦Translating

The place is magnificent. Coming from Scanno, turn left next to the sign for Agriturismo Jovana. A few meters after a right-hand bend, a clearing opens on the right beneath beech trees, providing good shade in the morning. Space for at least 3 vans and the possibility of seeing deer in the morning. Please show maximum respect for the place and the environment.✦Translating

This is a country track through the fields, with no clearings for parking the vehicle. The track is unpaved and rocky; when we arrived in the rain, it was impossible to leave the track because there was mud everywhere. Not recommended. We continued along the main road and parked in the unpaved clearing indicated on Park4Night.✦Translating

We arrived in the dark and woke up in the meadows surrounded by nature. Impressive silence, wonderful starry sky, and calm grazing horses. The dirt road is manageable; we had a VW T4 with two-wheel drive. Just after taking the road, on the left, there is a shaded clearing for camping. We went farther, past the small woods, into the meadows; it was more beautiful but had no shade. A visit to Scanno and the lake, including swimming, is worthwhile.✦Translating
