55 Rua 25 de Abril, 4495-252, Póvoa de Varzim
Been here?
A dedicated parking area at the Continente supermarket with 4 spacious, flat motorhome places. It is illuminated and generally quiet at night, although construction, store activity or occasional lorry unloading can create noise. The supermarket and nearby commercial facilities are convenient, and the metro is about 1,5 km south, with connections towards Porto. Incoming access is only from Avenida 25 de Abril.

Four spacious, level spaces. There was a festival nearby, so there were many cars and people, and it was quite noisy until late, but it seemed to be a one-off due to the event. When we arrived, a car was also occupying a motorhome space.
We only made a short stop to eat, but everything was very good. It is appreciated that there is a parking area.
Comfortable spot and very quiet at night. Thank you to the store.
Convenient for shopping. We did not stay overnight. The four spaces were being used as parking by local motorhomes.
Great spot dedicated to vans.
All right for the night. Construction and store activity started in the morning.
A good place to get to know Póvoa de Varzim; the center is half an hour away on foot. Four spacious spaces next to the hypermarket; in fact, they belong to Continente, and I appreciate them making them available to us.
Perfect for spending one night and having the services offered by a shopping center. There is a Burger King and a gas station. The beach area is less than 10 minutes away by car. These shopping-center services are appreciated. Four marked spaces; if they are occupied and you park properly in the other regular spaces, I do not think they will say anything. We took a marked space, but there were other campers in the regular spaces.
Very spacious parking spaces. We stopped overnight on the way to Porto. Some noise from trucks being unloaded at night, but nothing excessive. We went to Porto from there by metro for €15 round trip for 24 hours (my husband, my two-year-old son, and me). About 30 minutes walking to the metro and 50 minutes by metro to Porto. Recommended. We did not get to see the town and beaches, but it looks very beautiful.
Places are big, shaded and flat! As usual the supermarket is big and well stocked. A cycling lane there takes you to Vila do Conde, I spent the day only but it looks very good to spend the night, the only note is that if you are there 1100h-1500h you will feel a very strong food smell from their kitchen extractors, depending on the direction of the wind it can be disturbing for sensitive people.
Stopped for lunch. Perfect. Thank you to this business for welcoming motorhomes.
Thank you, Continente.
Good for one night and for visiting Aveiro. A quiet place to sleep, without services.
Good place; we spent one night there and were very peaceful! Thanks to Continente supermarket for providing these spaces!
Excellent parking area for visiting the town, which is really charming. We also left the camper parked there while visiting Porto by metro. Very convenient.
