Beach parking, height barrier

€100 fine for exceeding the 2-meter limit.

Very nice place, but the height restriction, even though there is no actual barrier, prohibits campers over 2 meters high from parking there. €100 fine for improper parking. Otherwise, it is a very nice place. I stayed there several nights.

Even without a barrier, the parking area has a 2-meter height limit. We spent the day at the beach and, when we returned, we had been fined for exceeding the height limit, even though we were parked more than 200 meters from the beach and there was plenty of space. Disgraceful; they are only interested in hotel and rental-car tourism.

Beautiful view, beautiful beach with a special sunset. However, the parking area is very dirty, with lots of mosquitoes, and the toilets are locked in the evening. Fine for one night, though.

Good parking area for enjoying this wonderful, magical cove. It is great because it is set back from the road. The night was fine, although there were mosquitoes. Please take your rubbish with you.

We stopped to eat and spend the afternoon and it was very good. There is shade, we found the hose with water, and there were more vans. We moved elsewhere to sleep, but saw that some people stayed. Recommended.

There is a barrier that is open, so high campers and motorhomes can enter. Quiet parking for resting after enjoying the wonderful sunsets at Benirras Cove, with drum music and a spectacular atmosphere. The parking area is fine but very dirty and sometimes smells bad. Please be responsible with your rubbish. Shaded and level parking.

The sunset is fantastic! As for the site, all the parking areas have height restrictions. There is water, which is very convenient. The site is shaded, level and spacious. It depends a little on who spends the night there; we stayed only one night and there were some noisy early risers. Otherwise, everything was great!

A beautiful cove for watching the sunset. You can spend the night in one of the parking areas on the left. We were surprised by the amount of human excrement along the edges of the parking areas. I don't understand why people pick up their dogs' waste but cannot pick up their own.

The police show up on random days and issue €200 fines for camping, which for them means having your shoes outside the van underneath it.

We entered the parking area on the left because it has no height barrier. At the very back there is good parking for spending the day and watching the sunset at the cove. We did not sleep there, but there were vans that seemed likely to spend the night.

There are shaded spaces, ideal in the morning. There are electrical outlets in the market square, toilets for 50 cents, and a shower on the beach. We enjoyed the hippie market (on a Tuesday evening) and the sunset on the beach with drums playing in the background. The place is quiet at night, but there is a lot of rubbish, excrement and toilet paper everywhere...
