Been here?
Parking directly at the harbor, a short walk from the town center, with pleasant views across the marina. It is paid through EasyPark during chargeable hours and free overnight during reported evening-to-morning periods, though the exact start time varies. Traffic noise can occur, but recent stays were often quiet. There are no parking services; marina toilets and showers require a separate app and fee.

Quiet parking area for spending the night. Nice view of the harbor and a pleasant walk along it. Free parking from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. it is paid via the EasyPark app.
We had to come here as an emergency alternative. Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy.
Otherwise, an okay place to visit. To use the toilets and showers, you need the Marina app, and there is an extra fee for those facilities. The parking itself is easy to use with the EasyPark app.
Despite the road above, our stay was quiet as the traffic noise dies down late evening. Short walk to the town centre. No facilities but a convenient stop off and nice views across the marinas.
We paid at the machine, but then did not receive a code for the sanitary facilities. I think you have to book this through the GoMarina app, but we did not quite understand it. All the motorhome spaces were full, but all the regular car parking spaces were free (sleeping in the car). In the morning, the parking area was full. Fine for one night; it is a shame that the information about the toilets was not explained better.
Parking at the marina. Took a tour by e-bike. Refilled with fresh water and moved on after 2.5 hours. There are prettier, better-preserved old towns where sightseeing is really worthwhile! Checked off the list, we have been to Kristiansund ;-/ You don't have to go there.
Very good location, not very noisy despite the road above. However, paid hours start at 8:00 a.m., not 9:00 a.m.
Arrived late afternoon and paid for couple of hours as free after 6 or 7pm and all day Sunday. Very quiet for a Saturday night and a good nights sleep was had. Didn’t try accessing the marina facilities.
Very well located for visiting the city, but beware! Access can be complicated because there are many cars and some buses parked across the way. The washing-machine room with access code is reserved exclusively for marina users.
Ideal for visiting Kristiansund, right in the centre, paid €2 for 18hrs with Easy Park App, intended to stay overnight, but being Whit Bank holiday everything was shut including the free ferry. Views of the Marina, but no services and some traffic noise from the road above.
Great view of the harbour. Only a few minutes to the city. There are also plenty of places for the dog to relieve itself. It is free at weekends. We were lucky enough to experience a Summer Jam at the Kulturfabrik, with no admission charge. Great atmosphere and fantastic performances. We had a wonderful evening.
Concert until very late at night……
The dryer doesn't work; after two hours our clothes were still wet.
We did our laundry here, which was fine; the dryer took a very long time. We also wanted to shower, but it wasn't possible to purchase access just for that. Washing cost 75 kroner and could be paid for via the GoMarina app.
OK. Ordinary parking space near the centre. When we arrived, the spaces for larger vehicles were occupied. We parked in a regular space. We used none of the facilities. Fine place for one night. Little traffic noise. Be aware that it can be tight to drive out of the parking area if you have a large vehicle. In the morning, many people arrive to park here during the day.
The option to pay 100 NOK and access the facilities is no longer available. We paid 125 NOK and were only given access to the toilets, with no access to the showers.
