Been here?
A quiet off-road car park beside the canal, with spacious flat places and good towpath walks. It is also used by local cars and anglers, with some road and train noise. There are no bins, so visitors must take their rubbish away, and entering over the bridge can be tricky.

Nice spot by the water. The parking area is also used by locals and fishermen. There are some campers that have been standing here for a very long time. Friendly people. Spacious, flat pitches. Virtually no disturbance from the road or train.Translating
Really nice park-up with a flat pitch. There’s some road noise, but nothing too bad. I was getting around 25 Mbps on Three 4G, though no 5G signal. A local told me EE used to work well here, but speeds have recently dropped off, a good spot and I’d happily stay again. No bins here, so please take your rubbish with you guys
Nice car park, plenty of space to park your car.Translating
Noisy, busy and overall not a good vibe. You can stay here no problem but I turned around and found somewhere else
Wasn’t too keen, very noisy! Trains constantly and very busy car park. It’s at the beginning of a straight country road which motorcyclists were roaring down. We ended up moving to a quieter place near by
Arrived 6pm, 8 cars plus a small motorhome already in the carpark, but found a space big enough for our 6m campervan. Half the cars left by 7pm (anglers). Nearby small road surprisingly busy, but car and train noise died down by 11pm. Had good night's sleep. Woke early 6am as more anglers arrived. We'd planned to leave early at 7am, so this didn't bother us. We would stay again if in the area.
parked here last night, great spot. a van pulled in after us. when they left this morning they had dumped 3 carrier bags of rubbish. we did a full litter pick before we left but please everyone, leave no trace. good parkups are getting hard to find, don't spoil it Please!
Flat hard surface, not much noise from the road and trains. A little tricky if you come in over the bridge, suggest going past and turning and backtrack so it’s easier to turn in. Great walk along the tow path. Please pick up your rubbish, either boaters or van lifers. Would recommend this park up.
Arrived late in evening - plenty of space and flat. I think functional rather than pretty best describes this location. Good for canal walks etc but is a scruffy car park. Bit of road and railway noise but not too bad and I slept well.
We kept going after seeing the spot. Right next to the busy street, loud trains and planes and some shady people. Also, a quarter of the place was taken by a broken trailer with a lot of trash lying around (can't upload a picture of this due to p4night-policies).
