We stayed for three days at this very quiet site. Services work, and the town is pleasant with friendly shopkeepers. Lunch at the Commerce bistro was good and inexpensive. Large supermarkets are nearby—in short, excellent, as is the price.
Spent two very quiet nights at a very pleasant site, thanks to the town council. The bakery in the centre has excellent bread, the butcher has good meat, and the Commerce bistro is very friendly with good coffee (important). Lovely market on Mondays. Shame that local residents come to let their dogs relieve themselves without cleaning up!!
Yesterday morning, Saturday 6 September, I put my Soplair on a post of the surrounding fence to dry it and forgot it when leaving. I only realised late yesterday evening. If you found it, kept it, or handed it in to the town hall or elsewhere, please contact me here. Many thanks in advance.
I have mixed feelings. This could be a great site if it were fenced. Also, we had bad luck that evening. Residents of Miramont came with their dogs to let them defecate (which they of course did not pick up). Young people raced around on their 50cc scooters, and people at the sports court argued with the neighbour.
Spent one night on Saturday 16 February. Stabilised ground, electricity, lighting all night, and a complete service area with water. Quiet and very close to the village centre with all shops. Thanks to the town council and councillors. A very good stopover for €8.50 for two people.
We arrived on a Sunday. No answer at the phone number. The only motorhome present gave us the entrance code. We went to pay at the town hall on Monday morning, market day. Very reasonable rate; everything included: parking, waste disposal, water and electricity (€7.50 + €0.50 per person, or €8.50 per day for two). Quiet and pleasant surroundings near a small river. Shops and banks in town.
Thanks to the municipality of Miramont for providing this site, a quiet place near the river and town centre. At €6 per person per day including tax, you cannot ask for more.
Well-located site, very quiet. €5.50 with water and electricity. Thank you to this municipality.
Many thanks to the town council for this pleasant site close to the town centre. €6 for a motorhome and two adults, including parking, water and electricity. This is becoming so exceptional that it should be appreciated, and visitors should support the town’s businesses.
Only accepts vehicles whose registration documents classify them as VASP motorhomes.
Small motorhome area where we spent a few peaceful days, but unfortunately it is right next to a large car park and a basketball court.
It is a shame that young people come and blast music in the evening.
Attention: new rates, €7.50 plus 50 cents per person.
