Been here?
This Tuscan farm stay has 20 spacious pitches with privacy hedges, electricity, water, drainage and private sinks. It also offers a panoramic pool, children’s play area, laundry and a restaurant serving traditional food. Recent visits found friendly staff and large pitches, but sanitary facilities were sometimes poorly maintained. Restaurant events can include extremely loud karaoke lasting well past midnight.

Very nice people and ok maintained environment. Main issue are the facilities, used by all pool guests and the laundry room is outdated. It would only need a good cleaning…
A lovely campsite with large pitches surrounded by plants, making them private. Water and electricity are available at every pitch, along with a nice pool and a fantastic restaurant serving authentic Italian food. We were lucky to be one of only three vehicles on site, so it was really peaceful. The toilets were okay: two for women and two for men, with one shower for each, plus the outdoor shower by the pool. A cozy place and a beautiful route to get there.Translating
Excellent campsite! Spacious pitches, small-scale atmosphere, a wonderful pool that locals also use, and a fantastic restaurant, atmospheric both indoors and outdoors beneath the trees with lights. A shuttle bus is available on request to Montepulciano. Very friendly and helpful staff, and clean, tidy facilities. Therefore, five stars.Translating
The restaurant and outdoor area are used for extremely loud parties with karaoke until well after midnight. There is no advance information about this. The sanitary facilities are unacceptable: they were never cleaned during three days, there was a permanent puddle under the toilet, and the flush had fallen off the wall. While I was showering, an aggressive, drunk male party guest knocked on the door and would not leave. Not recommended!Translating
Really excellent. Large pitches, several shaded ones, drinking water at the pitches, and lovely staff.Translating
Really nice big pitches, with electricity and water points. The lovely pool was already open. Nice English-speaking staff. I liked the individual toilet/showers but I think there might be queues in the summer. Nice, reasonably-priced restaurant. It's a pity that some people were too lazy to use the rubbish bins by the gate instead of over-stuffing those in the service area.
Beautiful motorhome site directly on a main road. Nice garden area and very friendly staff. The sanitary facilities were poorly maintained and not in particularly good condition. Despite having a reservation, everything first had to be set up. The owner was indifferent, almost unfriendly. Breakfast and lunch were simply forgotten. Being so remote, this is obviously not ideal.Translating
Very friendly welcome and excellent wood-fired pizza for dinner in the restaurant. The house wine is good but not outstanding, which cannot be expected for €10. Since it was the off-season, there was only one other camper beside us. Water and the sink at the pitch were excellent. The toilets and showers, however, were disappointing. There was no hot water, and cleanliness is a matter of opinion. One star deducted.Translating
Superb motorhome site. The individual pitches are sufficiently large and everything generally looks very well maintained. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. Since we were here at the end of October and the pool is no longer heated, we could not use it. The bathrooms could be cleaned more often.Translating
The motorhome site is mostly shaded, but anyone who is out during the day and wants to eat well in the evening will be well served here. With a nine-meter vehicle, access through the gate was very tight, and the pitches are no longer than that. I cannot comment on the sanitary facilities or pool, as we did not use them.Translating
Excellent place with extremely good facilities. Each space has a small sink, electrical outlets, and water. Four very clean showers and toilets. Every space is on grass. The only drawback is a road right next to the site, which creates some noise.Translating
It is a good four-star site. The main drawback is the main road 50 meters away. It becomes noisy from 6 a.m. Friendly staff. The shuttle to Montepulciano costs €9 per person and works perfectly. Overnight stay is €34 per camper with two people, all-inclusive.Translating
We stayed here for one night. The sanitary facilities and camper services were excellent. Pool use is also included. There is even a shuttle to the surrounding towns. Dinner at the restaurant was wonderful and delicious.Translating
We stayed one night at this superb, authentic motorhome site on September 24, 2025. Toilets and showers were available, although we did not need them. There was also a playground for our children, which looked quite new. We could still use the unheated pool. The restaurant was recommended to us, and all we can say is that it was amazing. The road is audible, but only during the day, and it was not bothersome.Translating
We can only agree with the previous comments. Beautiful pitches separated by hedges, with sinks and electrical connections. Excellent location, including a wonderful Tuscan restaurant. Very good value for money; you should support it and eat here. Some dishes are prepared directly at the table. We were recommended a local wine, which tasted superb.Translating
Absolutely fantastic place! We stayed for two nights, ate a delicious dinner outside in the garden, cycled to a nearby lake, and had the best gelato at a place that also offered almost everything gluten-free. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and swimming. The surroundings are absolutely lovely, with beautiful vineyards everywhere. We would gladly come back!Translating
Location is nice, chose it because it has a pool. Not too crowded (beginning September) which was nice. Bathroom and shower facilities could be improved but was ok for one night, however for the price expected more. There is a restaurant which serves good food and friendly staff.
Lots of shade under the pines and large pitches, all arranged around the very beautiful pool. The home-style bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Even though it was August, there was plenty of space available. Excellent restaurant at reasonable prices, with a selection of quality wines at good prices, naturally.Translating
Wonderful place to spend a few days. Everything included, with a pool, for €45. Excellent restaurant at a good price. Rocco and Paolo are very kind. Bread is available for purchase. They have a van that can take you to the village. Many pitches are shaded.Translating
Perfect, everything was very good. Magnificent restaurant with excellent food. €49 for a van and two people.Translating
Wonderful oasis, excellent hosts, charming countryside, and a good restaurant. The pool is great; weekdays are quiet and weekends are lively. Congratulations to the hosts!Translating
Spacious pitches with electricity and sinks. Very nice pool and excellent restaurant. Busy on weekends, with parties that can sometimes be a little loud. Very friendly owners who also offer an inexpensive shuttle to Montepulciano. Highly recommended overall.Translating
Lovely stay, great pool, kids play area and lovely shower facilities. Each bay feels private and has its own sink which is so handy. It’s by a road so not quietest place out there. But it’s not a busy one so wouldn’t let it put you off too much.
There are about 12 pitches, five of which are really deep. We have a car with a trailer, about 12 meters long, and did not need to disconnect it. The campsite has a restaurant, pool, and children's playground. Each pitch has a stand with electricity and water, including an outdoor sink with cold water, which was excellent. The sanitary facilities were clean. We visited in April. Two adults and one child cost €35.Translating
We stayed here for one night after a visit to Montepulciano. We were the only ones here, but it is still early in the season. There was someone at the entrance who welcomed us and pointed out the bathrooms. We didn't see anyone else during our stay, very quiet but everything is in order. Heated bathroom with warm showers & toilets. All facilities to load & dump water & toilets.
Agriturismo with a restaurant open all the time, a swimming pool, and a spa, both closed in winter. They also offer a shuttle service to Pienza, Montepulciano, and Cortona. The idea of having a sink with cold water at every pitch is nice. Clean bathrooms with showers and unlimited hot water.
We were able to arrive at short notice. We received a friendly welcome and were still able to reserve a table. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The next day, we were able to have breakfast. The pitches are well separated by hedges, with water and electricity. We did not use the sanitary facilities, but they looked good and were heated.
Unfortunately, this location was a great disappointment. The pool and pitches were beautiful, but the sanitary facilities were extremely dirty and broken. It is not worth the price, and there are many nicer places.
