Very nice small site. Water and waste services are directly on site. Excellent communal building with a kitchen and two bathrooms, always extremely clean. We were able to wash and dry clothes for an extra charge. A beautifully landscaped city park with a swimming lake and small animal enclosure is directly beside the site. The staff at Saunadorf Platsch and the site manager were very friendly and helpful.

If you only want to fill up with water or use the waste services, you can get a key at the reception of Saunadorf Platsch. It costs a flat €7, even if you only want to fill a few liters of water.

We stayed here for one night. Including all utilities and a dog, we paid €21.50. Very well-maintained site with many places to sit. The shower and toilet were in very good condition. There were no young people around during our stay. A large swimming pool and a zoo are right next door. We can definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, it was very noisy because of shouting teenagers, so we left after two hours. We were not given a refund for the short stay. We paid €20!

Very nice site, also suitable for families. Registration at the swimming pool was quick and easy. You receive a key and can choose a spot. Engel'scher Garten has excellent soft-serve ice cream. It is only a few minutes' walk away and we highly recommend it.

July 2024: Good place for a stopover. Toilets and showers are cleaned daily, including Sundays; the spaces are level and pleasant. The site is always locked, and at registration in the adjacent swimming pool you receive a gate key in exchange for a €20 deposit. One star deducted for the price: €16.50 per night, including a €6 utility fee, is still acceptable but not a bargain.

Very nice site. We were almost alone. The site closes for the year in two days. Very clean and attractive sanitary facilities, plus a large common room with a spacious kitchenette. €6 for utilities is a bit steep.

Beautiful, well-maintained site. Unfortunately, departure is not possible until 10:30 a.m. The communal rooms are very nice. We would gladly return.

One van, two people, and a dog: €21.50, including everything a camper could want. Electricity, water and waste services, level and well-maintained grassy pitches, shower, kitchen in the communal building, free Wi-Fi, and very friendly staff at the adjacent Platsch swimming pool where you register. We would gladly return.

A park for walks is directly adjacent. We would happily return.
