Strada Provinciale Cava D'Aliga, 97018, Sampieri Cava D'aliga di Scicli
Been here?
This is a small year-round campsite beside a sandy beach, with hedge-separated pitches, sea views and 10A electricity. Recent prices were €28pn and 23€ for two people all inclusive, while warm showers cost 50c and washing machines cost €5. The town, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, but nearby road traffic can be noisy day and night.

A beautiful campsite. Somewhat dated. We stood right at the front with a view of the sea. The beach is only a few metres away and is partly deserted. The little town is within walking distance and has everything you need. A very nice town. We stayed here for two days and enjoyed it.Translating
Great campsite, €28pn gravel hedge marked pitches with beach access overlooking sea, beach and dunes, 10A electric, showers 50c, 4 washing machines €5 and dryers, easy walk to town with fish restaurant, gelateria, Spar and pizza restaurant and sand beach. Inspector Montalbano area. Train to Ragusa, Modica, Noto and Syracuse, station 40 min walk along main road. Bus, Go for 3 days, stay 3 weeks!
We were passing through and spent two nights at the site. The beach is nearby, but so is the road, which is fairly noisy during the day and night because of the heavy through traffic. There is also rubbish lying around in hedges, on pavements, etc., including beside the bins at the collection point. Otherwise, as previously described. Bathrooms are clean. We paid €25 per night.Translating
Beautiful site with spacious pitches separated by hedges. In March we paid €23 for two people, all inclusive. Services are basic and clean. Recommended!Translating
Beautiful site, beautiful beach, clean bathrooms, friendly and helpful reception. Despar, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. But showering and washing your hair is annoying: no place to change, you insert the money outside, and it is draughty. If someone else is using hot water, only a small amount of lukewarm water comes out. Also, there are often smoky fires nearby—wood? rubbish? Restaurant closed. One person in a van €20.Translating
We intended to stay for 3 days; it became 8. We would gladly return, but we still want to continue travelling. We will definitely come back someday... :)Translating
Amazing campsite, we stayed here for 8nights. Clean facilities, walking distance to the city and kids playground, it’s next to a very nice beach, friendy staff. We paid 23eur in November, 5eur for a washing machine, 0,5 eur for 5mins of shower. We were very happy with our stay and I believe that we’ll be back in the future ❤️
For us, one of the most beautiful campsites open in winter. Simple, modest, but always clean sanitary facilities. A small, lovely beach directly next to the campsite without crossing a road, well-maintained grounds, and beautiful, spacious pitches separated by hedges. Friendly staff, and the charming village of Sampieri—with a wonderful beach—and a small Spar supermarket nearby. The road can be heard from some pitches.Translating
Beautiful campsite; we were lucky and managed to get a pitch with a sea view. A hot shower costs 50 cents. The sanitary facilities are a little outdated, but clean. Friendly staff. The restaurant was already closed.Translating
Absolutely love this place. Fantastic big pitches and the facilities are excellent. Right next to an amazing beach with private access for guests of the campsite. Bread and pastries are delivered every morning. Chiara the manager was so nice and helpful to use she even organised a rental car. Would highly recommend this campsite to anyone. Great price only €23 per night includes electricity.
This was our favourite place to stay in Sicily. Warm relaxed welcome. Super pitches - large and services nearby. Generally quiet and calm- a long stay would be easy ! From campsite to beach is direct via pathway - beach is very lovely . Small town is nearby with some good restaurants and a quality cafe!
Very nice campsite, with very spacious pitches surrounded by hedges and facilities distributed throughout the grounds. The only drawback is the lack of sinks with mirrors for shaving.Translating
Good campsite with beautiful, spacious pitches and direct access to the beach via a pleasant path through the dunes in a natural setting. The management is very courteous and friendly. The village of Sampieri is very beautiful and welcoming, and can also be reached via the path along the beach.Translating
The first decent campsite in Sicily we have experienced: fair price (€23 in October), clean showers with hot water, toilets with toilet seats (but no toilet paper), a working washing machine, good fresh water for the camper, proper waste disposal, and well-maintained grounds. Beautiful, clean beach and a lovely village within walking distance. Friendly operators. You could even stay here for a few days…Translating
Great campsite, and above all, a great location. You can walk directly to the beach or through the village of Sampieri to the beach with sun loungers and a very cool beach bar. The campsite still had a spot with a sea view. Wonderful. The only issue is that the showers are somewhat lukewarm; when several people shower at the same time, there is almost no water pressure. But it is bearable.Translating
A very beautiful and well-maintained campsite. There is direct access to the beach from the campsite. Dog-friendly. There is also a pizzeria next door—cheap and excellent! We were very satisfied. The town of Scicli is accessible by public bus, and dogs are allowed on the bus.Translating
Well-kept and inexpensive campsite a short walk from the beach and village. Flat, convenient pitches.Translating
Absolute favorite place in Sicily! Impeccably maintained grounds, large pitches separated by hedges for privacy and shade. Plenty of outdoor showers and taps at the pitches. Sanitary facilities are excellent, with access to a very quiet sandy beach without the usual loungers. Fresh fruit and vegetables are sold from a vehicle every morning. Remember the lunch break when checking in!Translating
We stayed here for two nights and everything was great with our dog. The sea and wonderful sandy beach are easy to enjoy. Everything was clean and the staff very friendly. We would gladly return. Ralf and Annette with Simone and Ralf.Translating
Small campsite in a great location on a beautiful sandy beach. Five minutes' walk to the village and lovely beachfront promenade with great restaurants. There is also a nice cycle path. Pitches are separated by bushes, which is very pleasant. Recommended!Translating
Very nice campsite with direct access to the sea, ideal for walks on the sandy beach or farther west along the rocky coast. Large pitches and enough well-maintained sanitary facilities. Sampieri village with a DeSpar supermarket is 350 metres away. Pizzeria directly at the campsite. Recommended for staying a few days.Translating
Beautiful large motorhome pitches, clean sanitary facilities and friendly staff. We intended to stay for two nights and booked an extra night. Two hundred metres from the beach, a lovely ten-minute walk along the beach to the village, where we enjoyed coffee three times. Thank you very much for your hospitality.Translating
It looks really great here. We paid only €5 to use the water and waste facilities. Next time we will definitely stay.Translating
We stayed here for eight nights from January 12. The site was about 80% occupied. The pitches are very large. Our 6.4-metre van with two bikes on the tow bar fit comfortably. Sanitary facilities VERY clean. We paid €21 per night. Hot showers cost 50 cents for five minutes. Hot water for washing dishes. Unlimited electricity included. Every day except Sundays, a baker and cheese and vegetable sellers come between 9 and 11 a.m.Translating
Cramped and overcrowded; it was not for us, so we moved on.
Very good site with friendly staff and many long-term campers. Sanitary facilities are clean. Bread is available from 7:30 a.m. at the DeSpar, 250 metres from the site, and excellent croissants are available about 10 metres farther along the promenade. A vegetable seller comes, and a baker arrives between 10 and 11, although that was far too late for us.
Everything is very good at this campsite. There are also many people staying long term, which is worth noting. You can walk to the small town and the beach, and stroll along the coast. I will return!
Full 5 stars when compared to other sites. All services and nice beach. Bread, vege and cheese ++ other foods minivans visitin on site. Nice willage in few hundred meters
