Been here?
A lakeside parking area beside a nautical base, with nearby swimming, canoe rental and a quiet night despite daytime activity. Canoes can be rented at 100 metres, and the water is accessible for dogs; bins and a dry toilet are available, although the toilet can sometimes smell. There is no drinking water and no height barrier. The spot can be crowded in high season, so early arrival is advisable.

Superb spot by the water, with a bathing area and rubbish bins right next to it. The dry toilet sometimes smells, but it was not a problem.
Everything okay, quiet at night.
Fine for one night. Directly by the lake and the bridge. Little traffic on the road at night.
Good spot for spending one night, beside the road but still quiet. I took the last space when I arrived at 7 p.m.; I think that in high season you really need to arrive early. A water-sports center is right below by the lake, and swimming is possible, including with dogs.
This is a great spot for paddle boarding along the gorge. We arrived in the evening and had no trouble finding a space. Great to get out on the lake again the next day. Very quiet night, however lots and lots of flys/bugs some of which were managing to breach our fly screens. Would not stay again overnight purely because of this.
So-so. We are packed in close together, but it is one of the few places where you can park if you are over 2 meters tall, and you can swim nearby, so why not. There are better places to sleep, though.
popular spot next to the lake. you can rent a canoe at a 100 metres. busy during the day, perfectly quiet at night
Near the lake and boat rentals. Ice cream sales. One of the few places where you can stop and avoid height restrictions or caravan bans.
Convenient for sleeping near the lake. Six vans stayed overnight. No problem.
Perfect place by the lake. The spot is just to the left of the large parking area where camping is prohibited. The toilet was even open in winter and surprisingly clean. There is no drinking water.
Perfect for a quiet night out of season!
No height-limit barrier.
Fantastic location. Spent 2 nights here. Hired kayak from here to go up the Gorge Du Verdon. Swan in the lake during the evenings and sat on the beach watching the sunset. Toilet in car park.
Superb spot by the lake! Hiking trails into the Gorges du Verdon start nearby. A slight drawback is that it is beside the road, but there is very little traffic in the low season!
We had a quiet night here in June and were able to paddle into the gorge the next day. Unfortunately, while we were away, the passenger door of our motorhome was broken into and valuables were stolen!
