Very large, free parking area by the theatre, close to Abbeville centre and about a five-minute walk from shops, cafés and bars. Overnight stays are possible but not officially indicated, with quiet nights reported and no services available. The surface is somewhat damaged but remains approximately level, and the parking can be busy during the day, especially near the school. It accommodates motorhomes of various sizes.

Large, free parking area where you can spend the night, although this is not officially indicated. Close to the town center. We had a very peaceful night. No other facilities.
Very large free parking area just a short walk from the town, suitable for visiting or spending the night. All channels are available with the antenna—perfect.
I have just arrived. Thanks to Fortnite, the parking area is a little battered everywhere, but it is still fairly flat, so no leveling blocks are needed to avoid being considered camping. As for television, reception with an antenna is very easy; my antenna was not even extended and I received all the digital channels. The town center is very conveniently five minutes away.

Perfect, we stayed for one night. Quiet, almost deserted parking area, suitable for motorhomes of all sizes, and free.
Closed for the circus 16 July 2025. Entire parking lot taken over by the funfair that is being erected, so avoid for the next week or so. Good location otherwise,
I’ve stayed here several times so I can visit the vets before returning to the UK. The parking area can be busy during the day, but there are still several spaces. Don’t park where the buses park. It is an easy walk into town. Peaceful night’s sleep.
Good stop near the town. Busy during the day as opposite a school but empty at night only 2 Van's here. Felt safe no issues.
Very good place to rest or spend the night. This is my second time here and parking was fine. It is a Tuesday. Reverse into a space at the back of the car park.

A great big car park for the day. No services and I wouldn't feel safe overnight. 10 minute walk into town and the market.
This parking area is fine during the day, but at night people come to do car stunts and doughnuts on the gravel, risking sending a stone through our windshield. Avoid.
