A quiet wild spot near the water, with attractive views, peaceful surroundings, and a riverside breakfast jetty with tables and benches. The nearby minor road has little traffic, and the riverside path offers a pleasant walk with wildlife. Strong smells from a nearby biogas plant, many mosquitoes, and loud frogs have also been reported. The gravel parking area is not perfectly level, and a waste bin is available.

Nice spot, it was very peaceful and close to the nature. I recommend it for a night.
Fantastic spot. Very quiet; hardly any cars use the secondary road. The path along the water is wonderful: there are wild swans on the river. The vegetation provides shade in the morning. Thanks for sharing it.
Pleasant place, good for coffee and a short rest. Beautiful view, peace and quiet. I recommend it.
The smells from the biogas plant are relatively strong. Extremely many mosquitoes. Very loud frogs.
Place between fields and the road. Quiet at night. You can smell the nearby biogas plant. Fine for one night.
Very nice. We enjoyed breakfast on the river shore near by bird observatory :).
Great spot. We arrived around 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday; two local cars were still there but soon left. The night was extremely quiet, and the first hikers arrived around 9 a.m. the next day. There is a bin on site.
Quiet, secluded, beautiful little spot—great for one night.
Slept very peacefully. We were able to walk our dog very well. There is a dog-waste bag dispenser nearby. The gravel parking area is not perfectly level, but perfectly acceptable.
Very nice spot to hear the sounds of nature at night. Lights around are low, therefore many stars can be seen. There are tables and benches for a quite breakfast by the river, and a couple of bins for general waste. On Sunday morning it has been crowded of cyclers stopping by to climb up the birdwatching tower.
Very quiet night and a nice spot for breakfast in the morning. Surrounded by sunflower fields.
We only stopped for lunch. The parking area is quite large and separated from the lake by a road. By the lake there is a picnic table, with no shade at all.
Ideal for overnight. Recommended.
