Been here?
This peaceful dead-end spot lies between a lake and mountains, with room for two vans, level parking areas and space to turn around. Access follows a dirt road that is degraded at first but improves afterwards, and it is suitable for putting a paddle in the water. Highway noise is variable, while trains pass only a few meters away and freight trains have been heard overnight; the access is private and video-monitored.

The spot is great between the lake and the mountains; I was right at the end of the road. However, there is motorway noise on one side, varying with the wind, and trains passing just a few meters from the vehicle on the other. Several freight trains passed during the night.
We confirm that this spot is ideal for spending one night. Calm and peaceful.
Very close to the former ice factory and beside the lake, this place is perfect. Several spaces allow you to park on level ground. The place is very clean; let us keep it that way.
Wonderful place; waking up in front of a lake is perfect. You can hear some cars passing, but I did not find it bothersome. We only heard the train in the morning.
Superb spot for spending the night. The train and motorway noise are not bothersome. A lovely visit to the former factory.
The access road is private and monitored by video.
Very beautiful with a magnificent view, especially of the ice factory, but I find it too noisy for sleeping unless you are in a well-sealed motorhome or van because of the motorway. Not suitable for a tent. However, it is great for dining or spending some time there.
Dumping spot, beware! Waste and wastewater left by previous travelers. Cramped and not very interesting. Yes, there is a view of the lake, but also of a section of motorway. The noise does not bother me, but sensitive people should turn around. I parked a few meters before it, which was much more pleasant, with greenery and fir trees making the spot nicer.
Perfect, great spot facing the lake. Watch out for construction work at the end of the road.
Nice place for one night, with plenty of space in the evening. There were four of us staying overnight. You can hear the motorway and train quite a lot during the day, but it is much better at night.
A nice flat spot right by the lake, but unfortunately there is a strong smell of urine and feces.
