An open parking area beside the football field is suitable for visiting the town, about 2 minutes from the center. Access is past the tennis and football courts, then right onto the path. A 7 m motorhome could not fit in the other nearby parking spaces. Overnight parking has been reported as prohibited, with campers moved on or fined.

A car park next to the football field and near the village. We only stayed to visit the village; we could not park in the other car parks because there was not enough space for our 7-meter motorhome.
YOU CANNOT. Parking lot by the football field, with the gardens of adjoining residential houses in view. Someone alerted the police and they made us leave. The blue-zone parking attendant next door is authorized to fine campers and motorhomes parked during the day or overnight. (A hangout area with young people drinking and playing reggaeton.)
You ask people and nobody can tell you whether overnight stays are prohibited or not; they always recommend paying for a campsite. In the end, we went to sleep in Capafonts and were very comfortable!
