Been here?
Overlook parking spot at a mountain pass with panoramic views, popular as a base for hiking and a nearby via ferrata. Overnight motorhome parking is officially permitted 10pm-8am, though you're only tolerated among day-use cars, not given a dedicated area. Pay-and-display parking costs around 15-25 CHF total for a night depending on arrival time; the meter takes coins or an app, with poor mobile signal (Swisscom only). The main downside is persistent noise from motorbikes and cars doing loops and doughnuts on the car park, often until 22:00 or later. Toilets are on site but pricey; bin disposal is limited to a small slot.

Sensational location. It is a great shame and very disturbing that motorbikes constantly make laps here at the top of the pass, turning around in the parking area. Very inappropriate for a nature park.
spent a night with a cool view on the gravel. generally quiet aside from the road leading to it seems to be popular for racing - lots of motorbikes doing burnouts and cars doing doughnuts while we were there
The spot is really good, with a magnificent view, and it is flat with hiking trails starting there. But there are far too many motorcycles; they come into the parking area to do laps, etc., and it continues until 10 p.m.
Great place and great view. Cost: CHF 15 plus parking fees, CHF 25 total for 24 hours. Unfortunately, there were drifters in the parking area again at night doing donuts... We were worried they might lose control and crash into us :/ :/
We had a wonderfully clear night above the sea of fog! The only downside was the racers still doing laps at midnight... It was limited, though.
Beautiful place amid impressive mountain scenery. Once the last motorcyclists and car drifters leave after 10 p.m., it is very quiet. However, for an overnight price ultimately amounting to CHF 25, the possibility of disposing of a normal day's amount of rubbish, instead of through a letterbox-sized slot, should be taken for granted.
Beautiful place and a good starting point for hikes or an easy via ferrata. It is now also very popular because it is easy to reach. Dreamlike sunset from the parking area. Important: The parking meter accepts only coins and gives no change. Alternatively, you can pay via the app. Be careful: only Swisscom has reception here!
