There are various camper van pitches, gravel and grass. The grass area is sloping and boggy when wet. The amenities are aging and in need of updating. The plunging points are not very well located and in the grass area there are no designated parking pitches. There is no drinking water available at the site which is a really issue if you’re staying for a few days.

I am giving 1 star because zero is not an option. I arrived after the office had closed due to a late ferry. I did not set up on the campsite, which was very sloped with muddy grass, but stayed in the outside parking area. I caused no inconvenience, I should point out. At 9 p.m. the manager came by; I got out of my van with my card to pay. He evicted me, did not offer me a place on the campsite, but did not evict the English people just behind me.✦Translating

Remember to book before coming, but there is very little space for motorhomes. The campsite is mainly designed for mobile homes.✦Translating

The whole campground is sloped and wet/muddy. It seems as if the business is steering away from touring to large mobile homes and static clamping accommodation (they have the nicest view of the bay). Basic amenities which can do with an upgrade. Water is undrinkable at the moment and no one knows for how long (you can buy bottled water at reception…). They advise to boil all water.

we got in late and this was a good spot so close to the town. uneven, and showers were so so. a bit expensive for what you got

Very nice camping! Checked in after hours and got a map ready for me and you can pick your spot. We were able to use electricity, take a nice shower, empty gray water and fill water tank. Amenities are great and very clean.

Stayed 1 night with no problems. Only used the shower so can't comment on other facilities. Lovely views, walks & a peaceful night.

Be warned!!! Grass pitch unable to level with ramps, toilet/shower blocks are prehistoric, £41.00 for motorhome, and 2 adults,have stayed on many campsites better than this for half the price. The costs compared to the facilities on offer are an insult to the camping community.

The tent and van area is not at all level, the water is not drinkable, and the site is exposed to the wind. We wanted a refund when we saw the camping conditions, but they refused. Do not go there!✦Translating

Very expensive for what is offered. Fortunately, it was dry. For the grass pitches, be sure to drive up first. Check the map for grass and electricity. The lower meadow is not recommended for motorhomes. We filled up with fresh water and did not use the sanitary facilities. It was not very clean when we were there. Waste disposal is easily accessible in the upper section, at the white building.✦Translating

Do not really recommend. Water is brown and undrinkable so bring bottles. Feel like there isn’t enough facilities for demand. They were clean though. A lot of pitches where taken and electric boxes where taken even though we paid for electric boxes. This campsite really needs to allocate electric boxes per person otherwise some people won’t get one. Uneven ground for pitches.

Does the job for one night. The pitches with electricity are level but not very scenic. The pitches without electricity are prettier but not very level. Basic but fairly clean sanitary facilities.✦Translating

A convenient campsite for visiting the Isle of Kerrera, close to the ferry, or for an overnight stay before taking the ferry to the Isle of Mull from Oban. We paid £33.50 per night. The sanitary facilities were tidy, but the drinking water had to be boiled first, so unfortunately we could not use it in our water tank. Wi-Fi is available at reception.✦Translating

£35 for a pitch with electricity. No view whatsoever; muddy, overcrowded meadow; no drinking water; only one shower works, and the water does not drain there; internet is barely available, with Wi-Fi only at reception; a one-hour walk into town. Never again...✦Translating

The sanitary block is basic. The hot water is not hot, but lukewarm. Drinking water must be boiled first. It is difficult to find level pitches. It is a one-hour walk to Oban and the supermarket. The price is too high compared with other campsites.✦Translating

We stayed for one night free of charge on the meadow below the holiday park. No electricity or services. Showers and toilets at the campsite are accessible. Nobody asked us for money.✦Translating

The motorhome meadow is very sloped, so level pitches are limited. In general, the site does not seem designed for motorhomes: there are no rubbish containers, only 50-liter bins. There is also no hot water for washing dishes, the showers have barely any water pressure, and the hairdryer costs extra.✦Translating

The campsite is very large, with unmarked pitches. Most are flat or sufficiently level for leveling blocks, contrary to what was said. Major earthworks are currently underway. Taxi £10 to get into town. Impossible to find a place to stay overnight in Oban.✦Translating

Beautiful setting and watched the sunset after driving down narrow single track road. New hard standing with electric hook up but lay out was poor so we ended up facing another van while there was a big empty space in the middle. Facilities were ok but water pressure was low,

Beautiful view, but beware, the water is not drinking water and has to be boilt before drinking. Presumably due to the new hot tubs at the chalets using too much water. There are no warning signs up!

Very family-friendly campsite; the playground was a real asset with children. The campsite is very quiet. The pitches are unmarked, but some are sloping. The showers are small and impractical, especially with children. When we arrived at 5 p.m. they were very clean, but by 8:30 a.m. the next morning this was unfortunately no longer the case at all.✦Translating
