Trail parking, busy weekends

Great location, cool and shady, many trails in the area, and very well-developed public transport. There is a bus stop right there, with four or five buses per hour. It was not noisy; however, beware, there are bears!!

Noisy place. Not recommended for sleeping. Cars coming and leaving until late in the evening, youngsters listening loud music and screaming, garbage truck working until late and early in the morning. On the other hand it's close to the city and the picnic spot is perfect for diner or breakfast outside, by the river.

Way too noisy for the night: lots of local youngsters arriving by cars, many inhabitants using the huge waste container, emptying their rubbish. Late in the evening and early in the morning as well. There are many spots for campers and the area is quite clean for a short stop, but not recommended for sleeping.

A great many people on weekends and until late at night, but otherwise we slept well. They came to empty the garbage container at 6 a.m., which may disturb light sleepers. Cars arrived from 7 a.m. on Saturday morning; by 10 a.m. the parking area was packed! Beware of bears! We came face to face with one rummaging through the bins—it is quite a surprise!

Good place for one night. On Saturday evening there were many people having picnics, but everyone left during the night. Some barking dogs. Drinking water from the spring by the restaurant. The road was in slightly better condition than a few years ago. Beware of bears!

Muddy, with very few flat places; we were lucky to find one vacated by a departing car. A large container in the center of the parking area caused lots of traffic to deposit and empty rubbish, even late at night or early in the morning. Quite a lot of suspicious and noisy activity. I do not recommend it for overnight stays. Good place for walks or barbecues, however.

Nice spot, but there are enormous crowds, especially in summer. Staying overnight is still possible by keeping a little away from the traffic areas if there is room.

Great to stop here and be able to take the bus. It was busy during the week even though it was raining. Some spaces are shaded, so the solar panels will not charge.

Very good spot to stop/sleep for a city visit. From there you could take Bus 50 and go to the center. The trip costs 2.5 lei via the 24Pay mobile app.
