Forest parking, morning traffic noise

A forest parking area with slight bumps and easy access to the surrounding woods. It is close to the main road, causing noticeable traffic noise in the evening and morning. Nights are generally quiet, with little traffic, although walkers and additional vehicles may arrive in the morning.

Nice place to stay overnight, quite close to the main road so quite a bit of traffic noise in the evening/morning. Quiet during the night though! And lovely access to the surrounding forest.
A wonderfully peaceful night, despite the road opposite.
Forest parking area beside the road. Little traffic at night, but clearly audible. I still slept well. One other camper was there, and another arrived at 2 a.m. On Sunday morning there were quite a few hikers and walkers. But it was fine; there was still space left.
