A slightly sloping parking area a few kilometres from Villers-la-Ville Abbey, near restaurants, walking routes, a bakery and a chip shop. Nights are generally quiet, although the parking is used by the nearby school during school periods. The bakery next door is open 7/7 from 7-16h, and there are no services.

Had a quiet night (slightly sloping), with delicious coffee and pastries at Les Copains bakery right next to the parking. Open 7 days a week, 7am–4pm.Translating
Close to restaurants, the abbey and walking routes. Had a quiet night.Translating
Just had a quiet night from Friday to Saturday. So there was no problem with the parking being used for the nearby school. It takes some searching to find a spot that is not too slanted because the parking is sloping. Chip shop right next door, bakery 200 m away. Opposite the parking it is marked as a car park, but we only noticed that in the morning, and in any case nobody said anything.Translating
The man at the chip stand was charming and helpful, but a group of men drinking alcohol gave us a bad feeling. They kept staring at the van, and when we left they approached and stood in front of us to turn around. We left.Translating
This parking area is quiet and close to all amenities. However, it is used by parents of the nearby municipal school to drop off and pick up their children. Staying there with four or five motorhomes, each taking two, three or even four parking spaces during the school term, seriously interferes with the parking area's proper use. Please think of them before stopping there.Translating
Parking for a quiet night. A chip shop with very tasty fries is nearby, but you need a lot of patience. No noise from cars or trains. In short, a good place to sleep. And not far from Villers Abbey.Translating
