13 Avenue des Boîens, 33380, Biganos
Been here?
Small gravel parking area among trees near the town centre, generally quiet at night but affected by daytime traffic. A height barrier of 2.20m now makes access impossible for vehicles exceeding that limit. There are no services; the paper mill can provide background noise and occasional sudden disturbances. A pizzeria is about 800m away.

Perfect for spending one night. We were the only ones in the parking area at night, with no disturbance, but it is true that there is a 2.20 m height barrier. Good pizzeria 800 m away.
Inaccessible because of a 2.20 m height barrier. Another municipality opposed to motorhomes. Enough already
The town hall installed a height barrier, so the parking area no longer exists
False alarm, the parking area is still there. The pavements directly in front have just been redeveloped, which probably explains the works mentioned in the previous review. Quiet night, with the factory indeed audible in the background, but it actually lulled us to sleep. We were also welcomed by very friendly people from the club opposite, who were concerned about not blocking us. But beware of mosquitoes.
Unfortunately, this will not last. I wanted to go to this parking area today, and redevelopment work is about to begin. There are site huts with pallets of concrete curbs. I think this place will soon have to be forgotten. Not sure motorhomes will be able to return. We will see.
Very good for spending the night. The road is quiet at night, except that we happened to arrive on the evening of the firefighters' ball. We had to go dancing—great evening!
Convenient because it is not far from the Dune du Pilat, but not necessarily pleasant, and above all, bring mosquito repellent!!!
Little traffic at night. On the edge of a forest
Shame, a nice little shaded spot with a picnic table and bins available, but the sudden factory noise in the middle of the night, like an airplane taking off, made us leave...
Parking opposite the football and rugby fields, no services, but useful for a stop (except on match or training days)
Very quiet place. On days when there is a football match, it fills with cars, which leave at night. There is space to walk the dog.
Good for parking during the day, partly shaded. Unfortunately, there is repeated traffic at night, making it somewhat unsettled. The quiet hum of the paper factory, however, is hardly bothersome.
Warning! To enter Biganos from Arcachon, there is an underpass with a height limit of 2.9 m and little room to turn around. We could not access this place because we encountered that surprise.
