Been here?
Quiet shaded campsite charging €11–22 per person per night. Van and motorhome pitches are spacious but some are on slopes; toilets are clean but distant from some pitches. Automatic hot showers available (temperature cannot be adjusted). Few electrical hookups. Washing machine on-site. Fifteen minutes' walk to the village and Taramone beach; customs hiking trail accessible nearby.

Very good, quiet campsite with shaded pitches. Very clean toilets and reasonably hot showers. Not far from the village and beach. I am removing one star only because the facilities are quite far from the van pitches and there is a fairly steep slope to climb. Otherwise, I recommend it.Translating
A nice, inexpensive campsite (€11 per person), a good starting point for coastal walks or an e-bike tour to the west side. The showers cannot be adjusted and are far too hot for me in midsummer; I prefer to shower cold. One star deducted for that.Translating
A wonderful little, simple tent campsite. Everything you need for a peaceful break is available.Translating
Quiet and very pleasant campsite. Very friendly welcome. The van and motorhome pitches are spacious and mostly well shaded. Very clean facilities. One of our favourite places in Cap Corse.Translating
Shaded, always-clean bathrooms, quiet.Translating
Simple, immersed in nature, always a safe bet.Translating
Great site, nice pitches and friendly service. We stayed for two nights and walked the Customs Path. You can start directly from the site and return by boat.Translating
Very nice campsite. Shaded pitch. Clean facilities, although a little far from the van pitches. Not far from Taramone beach, with lovely little coves. We ate at the beach restaurant; friendly staff, fair prices and good food.Translating
Very beautiful and peaceful site with everything you need. Everything is clean. The pitches below the wall are very shady, but they fill up quickly.Translating
Campsite close to the town-centre beach and ideal for the Customs Path. Clean facilities. Beautiful terraced pitches for vans. We paid €22 for two people and a van. I recommend it.Translating
A great place. Absolutely quiet and close to the beach. Very well maintained. If there were also a hairdryer, it would be perfect.Translating
Very quiet campsite, with all the practical motorhome services included. Pitches of different sizes, with electricity only on some. Clean facilities. One washing machine, but no bread service; shops and restaurants at the port are within walking distance. From the campsite, the beaches of Macinaggio and Tamarone and the Customs Path are accessible on foot. Friendly staff.Translating
Family campsite, excellent welcome, shaded pitches, clean facilities, an ideal place to recharge and enjoy beautiful walks on foot or by bike. Highly recommended.Translating
It is quiet at the moment (15 June 2026), and we were able to choose a spot for our tent. Very tidy, clean toilets and pleasant showers; bring your own toilet paper. Minor drawback: cold water for washing dishes. Ten minutes’ walk to the small beach, twenty minutes to the Spar supermarket. I would recommend this campsite.Translating
We were very satisfied. The welcome was very warm and friendly, and the facilities were simple but always clean, with hot water for showers included. We took the ferry to Barcaggio and walked back along the fantastic Customs Path—highly recommended! Macinaggio is a lovely place with traditional shops, and cycling in the area is also recommended.Translating
Beautiful natural campsite. Very friendly and helpful operators. Very clean, local-style sanitary facilities.Translating
A nice campsite in itself, with acceptable facilities and a friendly welcome. However, in late May 2026 there was a massive infestation of caterpillars throughout the site; they were truly everywhere on the trees. Unfortunately, not recommended at the moment.Translating
Quiet campsite with clean facilities. Little shade. Ten minutes’ walk from the port. Ideal campsite for hiking from Macinaggio to Barcaggio.Translating
14 May 2026. Two people and a panel van: €22 per night. Reception open approximately 10–12 a.m. and 6–8 p.m. Free choice of pitch. Rustic, but we liked it very much. Ten minutes’ walk along the beach to the town. About twenty minutes to the beach in the other direction. Shower included and hot. Ideal starting point for the Customs Path.Translating
Well-located campsite close to the village, with welcoming and accommodating staff. Clean, well-equipped facilities.Translating
Simple but rather expensive campsite: €50 off-season, no hot water for washing dishes, and barely any in the showers. Only one toilet was open in this season. The pitches are not great either, fairly small but well shaded, which must be pleasant in summer. We spent one night because we needed electricity, but did not stay.
In April it is difficult to find an open campsite. We drove 40 minutes to get there, only to be told on arrival that payment had to be in cash: €50 for a very basic place. The facilities access is unlit, the path is winding, and dishwashing is with cold water. The automatic shower requires pressing the button every 30 seconds. You must fill your water tank before 10:30 a.m.
Simple campsite, and therefore very appealing to us. Everything needed is available. The terraced pitches are well shaded. Access is rather difficult for long or heavy vehicles. Good access to the emptying and water services. We really liked the atmosphere in Macinaggio and recommend taking a shuttle to Barcaggio and hiking back.
Very beautiful, quiet site. We can only speak for the off-season. Simple facilities but always spotlessly clean. The showers have to be restarted every few seconds. The beach, town and Customs Path are easy to reach by bike or on foot. Highly recommended.
Simple but clean campsite. Be careful: little room for motorhomes over 7 metres. The access road is narrow. I managed it with my 7.9-metre motorhome, but very slowly. Watch out for branches!
A real terraced campsite with excellent facilities and close to the beach. We took a beautiful hike to several viewpoints and a castle ruin.
We arrived around 6 p.m. There was plenty of space in the meadow, but according to the unfriendly woman at reception, everything was occupied.
Best campsite in Cap Corse. The staff are lovely and accommodating, and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well designed. A campsite where it is a pleasure to stay!
A campsite just the way we like them! The facilities are exceptionally clean. The van areas are great. The beach is five minutes away on foot. The neighbouring beach restaurant, U Paradisu, is incredible—remember to book. Those who leave unpleasant comments are simply bitter people taking advantage of the hospitality and kindness of the person who runs the campsite. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!
Superb campsite, just as you imagine one in Corsica: top-notch welcome, bread and pastries available, very clean facilities, choice of pitches with or without electricity, and an area for campers to plug in coolers and phones. Thank you to the management.
The showers have hot water, but there is only cold water for washing dishes. There is grey-water disposal and a basin for chemical toilets, but the fresh water and water for rinsing toilet cassettes are turned off. The value for money is not right.
Lovely little campsite. Warm welcome. Very clean toilets. Close to Tamarone beach.
