A natural riverside area beside the Allier, within walking distance of Lavoûte-Chilhac. It was formerly quiet and suitable for small vans, but parking became paid during the campsite’s opening period. A July 2024 order reportedly prohibits motorhome parking and wild camping, so the area may no longer be available for this use.

A good, quiet spot as long as it remains peaceful and accessible. Along the Allier River. Please respect the place. Relatively easy access with a van.

Quiet place, only for vans. Chilhac is a lovely little village worth visiting. Toilets.
