Been here?
This is paid parking for visiting the Dobšinská L’adová Jaskyña glacier caves and starting hikes in the Slovak Paradise National Park. Several operators run nearby parking areas: the main large area costs 9 eur for a camper, while the adjacent area costs 7 eur. Overnight stays are possible and nights are generally quiet, though road noise may lead you to choose a place farther back. Toilets beside the information point are paid.

Multiple parkings and multiple operators. The main (biggest) parking is 9 eur for a camper (karavan). The one next to it is 7 eur. That second one is in front/side of the empty rest (stones mark the areas). The main one with the white booth (as of july 2026) is the more expensive one. See image, red is the 9 euro, green is 7 euro. Blue unknown, havent checked. Good stay, minimum cars at night
Okay if you don't want to drive any farther after visiting the cave or hiking. Quiet at night.
Friendly welcome, and in the evening we moved farther back because of the noise. Beautiful walking area. At the cave itself, pay attention to the guide's language. The €10 photo permit is ridiculous; it is better and more beautiful to get the photos from the internet.
Large paid parking area beside the road. It is possible to spend the night—we asked. The rate is €9 for normal motorhomes and €12 for large ones with trailers. Payment for both the parking and the cave is cash only!
€9 no service so expensive but necessary to visit the caves. We also hiked from here. We did notice a couple of places after at €7and €8. We asked the parking attendant if we could spend the night and was told no problem- so worth checking. We spent the night alone no problem- some noise from road but not busy.
The place is great if you want to visit the ice cave or go hiking. However, it is only a parking lot without a toilet or anything else.
