Mountain viewpoint, quiet late nights

Good place for one night. There were seven motorhomes and a car with a rooftop tent.

We stopped for lunch; good views. I would stay overnight.

Very good for one night. We were three vans and a motorhome in the open area. Despite being close to the road, there was no disturbance while sleeping, as there are hardly any cars after 8 p.m. until 8 a.m. Open views. Ideal for observing animals.

We wanted to stay overnight here, but around 5–6 p.m. many people and cars kept arriving to enjoy the view. We then drove farther down the road (150 NOK toll); there are much, much nicer spots there, right in nature! If you plan to continue the next day anyway, consider driving on immediately—it is worthwhile.

Slightly sloping area, but a beautiful view. Cars were still arriving frequently until 10 p.m.; afterward, there was only the sound of the river. We had a quiet night! Heating is necessary, though—it got quite cold in the evening.

We only stopped to take photos of the landscape. It looks like a quiet place with little traffic.

We arrived here in the evening so we would not have far to go the next day to Krossbu for a hike to the glacier. Beautiful place, with views of snow-covered mountains. Quiet. We were alone. Paved and almost flat.
