Been here?
A quiet, off-grid parking area at the end of a road, behind coastal dunes and beside a nearby beach. There is ample space for several vehicles, and recent stays report a safe, peaceful setting even with other campers present. The dunes offer beautiful nature and sunset views, while the beach can be difficult to reach in windy weather. Wind, sand and salt spray may be noticeable.

Very quiet and secluded.
Great place, a little at the end of the world. Quiet after a few cars pass by—you have to share the happiness.
A gem of an overnight spot! Behind the dunes, quiet and with a safe feeling. We stayed overnight on July 10 with six other campers.
Super spot, incredibly beautiful dunes.
Very beautiful nature. Off-grid.
A dreamlike spot right in the dunes on the North Sea. You can cycle wonderfully to the sea, where the North Sea and Baltic Sea meet. We really enjoyed our two days here.
Great place. We spent a quiet night and were able to watch the sunset from the top of the dunes. There is room for several vehicles. Very quiet. No wind in the evening, despite there being some when we arrived.
Beautiful spot right beneath the dunes. Unfortunately, there is always a lot of wind, with lots of sand and salt spray blowing around, but it is not a major problem. We were there on Saturday evening and everything was very quiet and peaceful. There were other campers too and we felt safe. There is plenty of parking space on both sides of the road, and we had no problem with a camper of about 7 meters. Free.
We were a couple of motorhomes there in summer but there was still a lot of space available and it was very quiet. The location under the dunes is very stunning and there is also a beach nearby, which unfortunately is not very well reachable, especially in windy weather. We felt safe. When we arrived we easily got a flat place along the road and it was completely free of charge, but no services.
Great spot in nature. There were about five campers with us.
Absolutely quiet place. Nothing around. You can reach the beach in about 5–10 minutes. Absolute peace and quiet here too.
What a beautiful place. So wonderfully quiet. Just cross the dune and end the longest day with the sunset over the sea. We enjoyed the site despite the strong wind.
Excellent option for one night, especially since the nearby campsites are ridiculously expensive.
Quiet parking area. Perfect for watching the sunset in the dunes. Unfortunately, other campers put out chairs and tables and dump wastewater here... Absolutely unacceptable!! It also sometimes smells a little of urine right where people park. A shame that some people do not follow the rules.
Perfect spot for one night. There were four of us, but it is large enough to stay well apart. Very windy in the evening, but it calmed down during the night. Beach behind the dunes.
