Lit parking, road noise

A welcome discovery as all these beautiful spots along the lagoon stood deserted end of December, feeling unwelcoming. Here, solitary yet peaceful; quiet and restful sleep. Charming bell chimes in the morning (none at night). Level, spacious parking area, brightly lit overnight. Strong mobile signal. Undisturbed night.

A really great place. People from the church park in the front area; the rear area is very shady and quiet. There is a road, but I had a very peaceful and safe night. Totally unusual for Sicily. No litter, no dogs, no scooter riders.✦Translating

We stopped for lunch. No shade but lots of space. A little noisy because it is next to the road. UPDATE: We returned here for the night because the places near the lagoon were very dirty and noisy due to the open venues. I am adding a star because we stayed well; at night the proximity to the road is not a problem. Spacious, with shade in the morning if you stay near the church.✦Translating

Quite dark due to no lighting (March), little litter, church tower that rings occasionally, road with traffic but relatively quiet at night. Police passed several times; everything was fine. The hedges provide protection from the wind.✦Translating
