Been here?
Camping Nivon Morgenrood is a spacious, volunteer-run campsite in a green forest setting, with direct access to the Kampina nature area. A motorhome pitch for 2 people and 2 dogs cost almost 34 euros for 1 night, excluding electricity and tourist taxes. The toilets are clean, although outdoor sanitary facilities recently had dramatically cold water. The site can be busy and child-focused, but its spacious woodland pitches remain peaceful.

Quite expensive: motorhome pitch for two people and two dogs, with a surcharge per dog, plus tourist taxes—almost 34 euros for one night. No electricity, which we did not need; otherwise there is another surcharge. We arrived around 6 p.m. and were asked to leave by noon. So three stars for the price.Translating
First of all, praise to the volunteers! What a warm welcome and wonderful place. It was “busy” this weekend, but because of the spacious pitches in the middle of the forest it still felt peaceful. A real gem. You can walk or cycle straight into the Kampina and Oisterwijk forests. This is where you can truly relax! Thanks for this lovely stay ☀️Translating
Lovely camping that's open in winter, run by volunteers. Clean toilets, a small house where you can sit (with heating) or do the dishes. You can immediately walk into the Kampina nature area using a path from the camping.
The campsite and reception were fine. Unfortunately, during the colder period this time, the indoor sanitary facilities could not be used because the outdoor facilities were opened due to the larger occupancy. The water temperature was dramatically low. A cold shower and washing dishes with lukewarm water meant we had to wash them again in the camper afterward. The surroundings are beautiful, though, so we would gladly return.Translating
Quiet campsite with a large house and room rentals. Quiet at the end of March. Friendly reception. For children aged two and four, there is a fun gnome trail and a spacious playground with building blocks, among other things. There is also a football field and fire pit.Translating
Great campsite. I always ask for a pitch among the trees. At the back of the site there is a door; go through it and you are directly in the beautiful Kampina nature area.Translating
We booked a tent pitch well in advance. However, we were placed among the motorhomes, which was very unpleasant and unsuitable for a tent. They also said, “Oh, it is very full; you booked early but are placed with the motorhomes.” I find that strange when you book on time. A shame: lots of noise and no relaxed feeling.Translating
Very large campsite with lots of crowds and noise. Nice people, but it is too large for us. Many activities for children. Beautiful surroundings.Translating
Nature campsite in beautiful surroundings. The sanitary facilities are basic but more than adequate. The campsite is run by volunteers; we were warmly welcomed and, despite there being little space, they worked with us to find a solution. A very child-friendly campsite, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, you should choose another place.Translating
